We had the pleasure of working with Will Robb and M&M Roofing last for the replacement of our hail-damaged roof. Will had introduced himself to us when they replaced our neighbor roof. He responded in a timely manner and reliably responded to all our inquiries and set appointments. The roofing crew was equally reliable and respectful, arriving early and completing the job in two days, including clean-up. They were careful to protect plants that surround the house. I was surprised how well they were able to clean up after. Robb came for a final inspection.
We are pleased with the results and the appearance of the roof,and appreciate their warranty. We highly recommend Robb and M&M to anyone needing new roof.

I used M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows for 2 large siding projects on my house. I worked with Travis Diekmann on both jobs. He was open with me on the cost, when the job would begin and be completed. They showed up daily and worked to get the job done on time. Travis did a walk through with me to make sure I was content with the work. A trustworthy and reliable company. The owner also called to make sure I was happy with the job.

Travis & his company employees were very knowledgeable and prompt. They worked with us and the insurance company to insure we received the best roofing materials and price. We had the pleasure of working with Will Robb and M&M Roofing this month for the replacement of our hail-damaged roof. Will had introduced himself to us when they replaced our neighbors’ roof earlier this summer and we were impressed with his sincerity and professionalism since that point.
So he was the first person we called when the hail hit our home. He responded in a timely manner and reliably responded to all our inquiries and set appointments. The roofing crew was equally reliable and respectful, arriving early and completing the job in one day, including clean-up. They were careful to protect patio furniture, storage sheds and plants/planters that virtually surround the house. I was surprised how well they were able to clean up after. Robb came for a final inspection. He was also very helpful in the coordination with filing and compiling our insurance claims process.
We are pleased with the results and the appearance of the roof. We feel the materials were a high quality, and appreciate their warranty. We highly recommend Robb and M&M to anyone new a new roof.

The company representative worked with us to explore a variety of options, and once decided the team showed up the next day, made the repairs and cleaned up so well that it was like our roof damage never happened! Highly recommend M&M for any house exterior repairs.

Had a recent hail storm that brought about some significant damage to our roof. After dealing with a few different roofing companies we heard about M&M thru a friend. Was immediately put in touch with Will Robb. He was straightforward, honest and very patient. We had our roof replaced and even upgraded, his team was kind, respectful and very thorough. The roof looks amazing! Even had them do my smoke house roof out back to match!! Amazing work and excellent customer service

I spilled paint all over my roof. Turns out it was much steeper than I thought, and I am too out of shape to tackle this kind of home repair myself. Not only did M&M fix my issue without making me feel bad about my DIY fail, they also painted my gable and did an amazing job. Even though you can typically see the new shingles stand out, now that it's fixed, it is hardly noticeable. I am so grateful for their help, and recommend their services.

For over 20 years, our families have used M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows when we had to have our roof replaced. From my parents being homeowners to myself, we have had no complaints with the staff and quality of their work. William Robb was our contractor/specialist and ensured that work was performed and completed in a timely manner. Jorge ( lead Installer) and his staff was here at 0630hr and the job was completed 6 hours later. They cleaned up the mess ehich was followed by William verifying the work and second clean up with a magnet roller around the yard. Note: It was a blistering day, I placed out a cooler with Vitamin water and bottled water. Next time I will place gatorade and pedialyte for teh crew. This crew takes pride in the craftsmanship. Please do not get upset about roof debris around the yard. It will get picked up.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My son used M&M for roofing a few years ago and he suggested I contact them when I needed a new roof. I have to compliment Will Robb who was my primary contact at M&M in San Antonio. After getting 4 estimates for the roof, he was the only one that recommended I get my insurance involved for hail damage. It seemed like the guys from the other 3 companies thought the roof was too old to pursue an insurance claim. I was very thankful that Will encouraged me to do that, because my insurance did cover all the cost except for the difference in the upgraded high impact shingles that I chose. Will Robb communicated with me during the installation and was always very prompt in answering my questions. The roof looks great! I would recommend M&M!
