Rick is exceptionally knowledgeable, concise in his explanations about the roofing process and the products to be used. He kept in touch throughout the job. Rick also worked directly with my insurance company regarding certification of my new roof. Sam Shelton was on hand, in person, overseeing the roofing and communicating with me about its progress. Sam is personable, articulate and knowledgeable. He is a delight to work with. I'm happy with my new roof and the entire experience. I made the right choice in selecting M&M.

Crystal has been a wonderful, responsive representative for our roofing needs. Their work crews have always been professional, considerate, quick, and they always remove any debris around the affected work area before they leave. Oh, and did I mention that they are punctual? The wind had ruined the flashing around the exhaust pipe and this needed to be fixed quickly to prevent rain damage. I called Rick Shelton of M & M Roofing and got a quote quickly and arranged for the work to be done ASAP. The work was done efficiently, of high quality, and at a reasonable price. Communication with Rick was great throughout the process. I can always trust Rick and M & M Roofing to get the job done right!
