super disappointed
Always been really happy with this company until recently when i made an order and waited 9 days and the tracking never updated from "shipping label scanned by sender" Contacted mmj support was told to create ticket with canada post so I did that, after another 9 days ends up canada post cant find the package and says they never scanned it anywhere and don't have it, that is was only scanned by the sender. So now I have to wait for mmj to file a claim with canada post and get a response which is another 8 days ontop of how long i waited already and maybe then they will send me another package which i will once again have to wait for. so only should be 1 month by the time this is all figured out for a 150 dollar package when im a regular customer and have never claimed a lost package before.

Machelle the support worker argues and doesn't take customers seriously she ignores your emails
Had a problem with mmj since Oct 10 They've been arguing with me since than and it's Dec 31 .I've sent over 20 emails plus got treated. Like trash through support on chat by a worker named machelle . They offered me 50 % off but excluded bulk when I talked to them but if you read the email in the photo you'll see it says 50 % your order it doesn't state what machelle offered me after this email ... Someone is about to get in real shit once I start reporting this site continuously they can keep ignoring me I'll just start making proper reports to get site shutdown and if they open a new one I'll report that site as well 2 can play this game . Who ever this machelle worker is your going to hate life when you see I wasn't joking around at all . So keep ignoring my emails I'll start reporting this to the feds
