I received extension and color services from Mirror Mirror, and I can't rave about the salon--and Kitty--enough. From the start of the extension process, Kitty was extremely communicative and hands-on about providing me with exactly the hair I was looking for. My experience in the chair was lovely, comfortable, and relaxing -- spending time around such a tight community of professionals was rejuvenating in and of itself! Kitty even gave me her cell # to contact her with any questions or concerns I had about my hair, and offered to teach me how to best use any hair styling tools or products. The extensions themselves were high-quality, very low-maintenance, and well worth the investment. When you get extensions from Mirror Mirror, you don't just get an amazing hair-do, you also get a group of experienced professionals ready to support you and guide you towards your best hair ever. 10/10, five stars, awards all-around.

I felt like a princess from the minute I walked in! I was spoiled with gold flake champagne, massage chair and lunch offerings. I have had extensions in the past but this was BY FAR the BEST process ever. Kitty's consult was very thorough and customized to my exact requests. Her install method is unique, pain-free and a seamless blend with my natural hair. Highly recommended and worth every penny, these ladies do AMAZING work and my confidence is restored.

It takes a feisty redhead to recognize another! Kitty and her team truly excelled and do the best hair extensions in all of Montana. They perfectly matched my red hair color, which is quite a feat, and my extensions blend seamlessly. The salon's atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming, creating a perfect balance of fun and comfort. And let's not forget the massaging shampoo bowls – they are as wonderfully indulgent as I am. I opted for two rows of 22-inch extensions, and honestly, you wouldn't even know I'm wearing them. Whether styled up, down, or in braids, and even matched to my natural curly texture, they look phenomenal. If you're debating whether to get extensions and you can get to Missoula Montana by car or plane, just go for it! My experience at Mirror Mirror is about more than amazing hair extensions. I’ve posted some photos of my “real” hair from my first appointment to my most recent along with one photo with my extensions installed. When I came in for my original consultation with Kitty, my hair was fragile, short and fine. We started with 3 rows of NBR wefts so that the transitions looked the most natural. Fast forward 2 years and my hair, although it will always be fine, has grown rapidly! The back has even been cut -twice! I love my NBR extensions for their versatility and the fact that they aren’t damaging my true hair. Kitty is honest, straightforward and truly wants what is best for me and my hair (even if that means less blonde for less damage) If you’ve ever thought about extensions Kitty and her team are AMAZING!
