They always make sure vehicles are fixed right, as we agreed, and without any annoying up-selling. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My vehicle is fixed right the first time and for a reasonable price. Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be tough, but the team here is honest, efficient, and professional. They completed the work quickly and took great care of my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the final price matched the initial quote exactly. Five stars for great customer service and quality work!

I used M and M last week and very unhappy with the service I received. I initially sent this in this in for a master cylinder but declined the service at that time but I asked to go ahead and do my oil change. I went there to pick up my car and my battery was dead and I was able to get a jump. Looked at my paper work from my oil change and the battery failed the load test. I was never notified that there was this follow up. Then they said my brakes were good and come to find out that they needed replaced since they were needed right away. I am not sure who worked on my vehicle but he definitely missed the mark and I should have been notified on these findings. If anyone from this shop would like to talk about this I am more then willing so something like this doesn't happen again.

I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. They always do their best to work with you and they have very reasonable prices. They'll never give you the runaround, and they don't mind explaining why things cost what they cost or what is causing delays if you do happen to face delays with your repairs. My parents recommended them to me and I've recommended them to anybody who will listen ever since then.

Took my 2009 hyundai tuscon there for what I'd later discover was a timing chain and tensioner problem (it was unbearably loud) and just now brought her home. She drove like a dream and sounds incredible. They explained precisely what happened with her and showed me all of the parts that was replaced and every replacement part comes with a warranty which you can't beat and the price was unbeatable. You guys did an incredible job and I appreciate the hell out of you. Will 10,000% be bringing any vehicle I ever have an issue with ever again to you guys. Can't be more satisfied!
