ML plastering came to do a repair from a previous bad builder, replacing a small section of plasterboard but on closer inspection chunks of plaster from the previous work was falling off in large chunks which was extremely dangerous. So after a consultation about my options moving forward Matt removed the entire ceiling very quickly and made sure to cover all of the things in the living room. And made sure by using extra scrim tape to prevent any further cracks.
After the plastering was completed my laminate floors where cleaned up so they are now spotless and there wasn’t any plaster splatter over the side walls or floor like some cheaper plasterers.
I have uploaded some photos but I don’t have a new light yet fitted but will upload more clearer photos when completed.
Very well priced and I have already booked in for some more work.
The expericane that matt and lew have together is amazing had a leek in the bathroom and was able to qoute to reboard and skim also the price was very sensible, this is the third time i have used them also done a big rendering job for me few years ago around a whole house renovation giving it a very new modern looks with grey graphite windows absoutle spot on clean and tidy.
I had a new kitchen being fitted but when the old one was removed i realised the walls were so bad i needed to have all the walls plastered. I got some quotes but the one that stood out to me most was from Matt of ML Plastering, he came round told me what he could do and gave me a decent quote, not only that he put himself out to get the job done so i could still get my kitchen fitted as planned. Matt arrived exactly when he said he would and did a perfect job. He left everything clean and tidy as well. Matt is very polite and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend Matt to anyone. I will always call Matt when i need any work done as he is trust worthy and reliable. If you want any plastering work done then give Matt a call you won't be dissappointed he's a perfectionist and you will have nice smooth walls .
Matt plastered my hall stairs and landing for me he had numerous issues due to my walls and had to redo the whole lot which he did not charge me more for he worked fast and the walls were so smooth very happy with the work done and highly recommend , he also bailed us out for a job last minute as the plasterer booked as part of the package job ( summerhouse ) failed to show and even with a plaster shortage Matt got it sorted for me so reopening my business was not affected very good job and very quick :)
Matt also plastered my late mother in law's house 3 rooms, hallway and kitchen all ceilings too ended up being a nightmare due to poor roof quality but matt built extra framing needed etc to make sure he could do the work :)
We were looking for a plastering company to plaster our park home that we are renovating.
After contacting Matt at ML Plastering I was really pleased with his attitude from the start. No waffle just a honest appraisal about what would be needed to be done.
The guys started on time worked hard and finished on time cleared up after and were respectful to the neighbours keeping the noise down unlike a lot of contractors.
They did an excellent job the finish is great.
I can honestly say that if I had to get a plasterer again these guys would be the first call.
Bottom line is if you want a honest and reliable plastering company with a good crew phone them.

ML plastering just completed my whole house of going back to brick with patching, bonding and adding mesh to help support existing walls. Really fantastic finish even with continuous problems cropping up throughout in my old house. 10/10 would recommend. The team have been professional throughout and have always put my concerns at ease.
