When I called George he was responsive. He spoke to me, underdertood my concerns and explained the process and turnaround time. He sent me a proposal that day within hours and followed up. George was very straight forward and clear with the pricing and not a lot of grey areas which I was getting from other companies. The pricing was fair in comparison to other quotes I received. I had a feeling there would be no suprises and it was'nt and I followed my instincts and selected MKM Envirnoment out of 3 quotes I received. I had a situation where I needed to get a job done sooner rather than later and George was flexible with working around my time parameters. The turn around time on the report was great! My engineerer made a discovery that one area of our site was not tested and when we brought it to George's attention he came back right away! He was so accomodating. I am a real estate agent and I service a lot of buyers/sellers and I would use this company again and would highly recommend them. They won on pricing, professionalism and prompt turn around time! I was concerned about possible mold in my 50 yr old house. MKM sampled air on 1st and 2nd floors and attic. Also collected samples from a/c ducts. Negative findings for living space but positive for air ducts. Now exploring remediation for air ducts
