“Looks Great… But Missing Pool Steps” The pool deck looks great, but there was a major oversight. The small steps at the deep end were chipped away and never replaced, which was not approved and leaves the pool difficult to use. Communication has been disappointing — the same contact who was very responsive during the project has not responded at all about this issue. We had planned to hire them again for our driveway, but based on this experience, we will not be moving forward.

Our driveway project is finally complete. Morgan and his guy were super with the culverts. The men removed our old driveway and hauled everything away in a timely fashion. The men who re-tiled and built the beautiful driveway were so hard working, they created a lovely finished product, we are impressed with their abilities and steadfast resolve.

Great company to work with, answered all questions when they came up. Easy to contact with questions during project and answered immediately and would come to house in person if needed. The project went fast and completed on schedule. Really enjoyed working with this company. Would recommend to anyone. There mistakes will cost you Reached out to MJC to get a paver quote to extend my pool deck with a footer for a cage. Got the quote like the prices and proceeded, once the permits were filed and approved they came and did the work which Had a problem then not installing a drain along the whole back. They just said they didn't understand thats what I wanted but in our texts its very clear and even reached out as they were doing the pavers to make sure they wouldnt miss it. But that never got put In and was told they would not be fixing it! We had a architect design our pool cage and submitted the plans, 1 month later the city rejected the plans due to the footer they installed was not the proper footing for a cage and the permit they pulled wasn't for a cage footer. I have all the messages right from the start I need a footer for a cage. We went back and forth and had to pay a extra $2500 and another $500 for engineering For them to do it right. This has been a terriable experience especially since we dont live there full time and rely on the contractor and there experience, It ended up costing us $11,000 more as they drug there feet for 6 months saying they were to busy to deal with it or he was sick or out of town. They ended up not even doing the work and subbed it all out, I am sure others have had a flawless experience but we did not and it costed us alot of money for there mistake. Feel free to reach out to me and I can provide our full correspondence so they can't twist it and make it sound like it's me

Yasmin and the entire team were super easy to work with. I sent dimensions and photos. Yasmin calculated everything via email, phone and text. We scheduled the install for a week out. She called and said a cancellation had occurred can they install on Monday, sure. 6 people, 2 trucks, tools, pavers and sand arrived. 6 hours later they cleaned up and left. Perfect! Call MJC pavers
