We had a good consultation, but we never heard back from anyone with a quote. I even sent a follow-up email to check in, but it's been over a week of silence. We were optimistic about the options we discussed, but the lack of communication has felt unprofessional and disappointing.

Made in the Shade was prompt with their quotation and design. They are easy to work with. Their design was exactly the look we were going for. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. We had a bit of an issue with a blind in our rental house—let's just say the dog wasn’t thrilled about not being able to see outside and took matters into his own paws! I called Made in the Shade to explain our situation, and they were incredibly responsive. She answered all our questions promptly and showed up right when she said she would. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your window treatment needs!
