Someone broke into my old mitsi. No theft insurance. Mitsi bits replaced the internal security system/auto electrical work/diagnostics, replaced a broken window, fixed a longstanding engine misfiring issue AND towed my car for a very reasonable price. They cleaned my car up also and glued the cover of my ignition the thieves tore up.
The main thing I'm leaving the review for is to let others know this is a business you can trust as the conducted them selves with the upmost ot integrity during my dealings with them. Prior to contacting Craig at mitsi bits I was getting no where with an auto electrician who had no idea. Thanks heaps Craig and the team. My car is running perfectly now.
My 08 Outlander could not be in better shape and she looks brilliant. Had a transmission fail on me, serious CVT frustration yet Mitsi-Bits without hesitation had the solution and arranged for it to be a priority fix. Organized everything from the tow to the repair and back on the road. Recommend highly the workmanship and keeping me up to date on the repair. Brilliant service.
These guys went over and beyond to book my express van in I wanted a service and check what else it needs mark went over the van like a fine tooth comb needed a bit extra done to it but the fact that he reached out to me first showed me and explained was fantastic and I was happy to pay extra after the van has been finished I got the bill nearly fell over more than half price compared to other mechanics been doing buisness with these guys for over 4 years and I will continue to go back thanks Craig and the team highly recommend to anyone
