Misty Garden Weldscape did an excellent job redoing my balcony. Their team arrived on time, communicated clearly, and completed the work within the agreed schedule. Estimates were clear, timelines realistic, and the crew kept me updated at every stage. I was impressed that Shivu, the CEO of Misty Garden Weldscape, personally visited my home along with Smitha, the marketing head of the team. They took the time to assess my balcony and offered simple yet rustic suggestions that completely reimagined the space. Their ideas struck the perfect balance between practicality and aesthetics, giving my balcony a warm, inviting character while keeping it functional. One thing that truly stood out to me was their commitment to customer service. After the estimate and contract process was complete, I casually asked Shivu if I could see samples of a few products. Instead of simply sending photos, Shivu and Shravani personally visited my home with actual samples… deck tiles, artificial grass, and more. I hadn’t expected this level of effort, but it left me genuinely happy to see such personalized attention. The team’s attention to detail, from design to execution, made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to see leadership so hands-on, and that gave me confidence in the quality of work. The final outcome feels both sturdy and stylish, a true makeover. A big thank you to Shashi and Balram, who supervised the work on the ground and ensured every detail was executed with precision. Their oversight brought a classy finish to the project, making the balcony not just sturdy and functional but also elegant in its final look.

They personally took care of every aspect of the project — from metal fabrication, plants, grass flooring, and interlocking wooden tiles to plumbing and civil work — with great attention to detail and care.
