I had a Hypervolt install started by a different electrician which went wrong as it was a complicated run from my fusebox to the charger install point. I reached out to Terry for help to help rectify the situation and I'm very glad I did.
He managed to get 2 of this team (Ethan and Byron) out to me within a week and they proficiently installed my charger. They were on time and it was reassuring as they took time to explain to me in layman's terms what the issue was and how they were correcting it.
I was impressed by Terry's willingness to help me with advice despite not knowing if he would get the job in the end - a mark of a class act and true professional

I was referred to Missenden Electrical when I enquired about purchasing a Hypervolt EV home charger. The whole experience was very positive. They responded to the enquiry very promptly, came round to do a site visit to survey as it wasn't a standard installation and discussed the different alternatives. On the installation day, they arrived when expected and were friendly, helpful, tidy and explained how it all worked at the end. Would highly recommend and would certainly use them again.

Missenden Electric installed a Hypervolt electric charger in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly helpful from start to finish, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision and answering all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. They were also very fair in their pricing and offered competitive rates that were hard to beat. After a few days delay in starting the job, Kane did a great installation of my EV charger. Neat cabling and well positioned charger. Explained the installation and usage well. Little bit of mess left in the under stairs cupboard, but not too bad.

Terry was great in his work . Respectful and polite he explained step by step with regards to installation of the electric charger Assisted me in setting the Hypervolt app , and demonstrated his professionalism by showing us how the charger works in the car and on the app . He left by saying that if ever we need help we just have call him , he will assist us .

I submitted an enquiry about an EV charging point through the Hypervolt website on a Sunday night. I was contacted the following day and asked to send photos of the installation location. I received the quote the following day. The charging point was ordered and installed just over a week later. Responses to all of my emails and texts were received within a few hours. They arrived when they said they would, installed the unit and an outdoor consumer unit (as I had specifically requested) and were finished within a couple of hours. This included registering the unit, talking me through the app and tidying up. They’ve been responsive, professional and efficient. Overall, really nice guys to do business with!

Kane arrived on time and completely understood the brief. Installed with minimum fuss and made a neat job of it.Took the time to brief me on features and helped connect it via my phone - the latter being troublesome but with Hypervolts help desk involvement was completed successfully. Made sure I had contact details should I need any post installation help. Excellent job

Terry was excellent throughout, providing a fast and professional service. Was flexible with booking in the appointment as I had little availability, and he completed the work to a high standard.
