Great service. Item delivered swiftly. Only thing I would say is a bit more notice of collection would have been useful. Only an hour made it difficult to ensure the recipient was home.

Chris is incredible. I have never had someone deliver items that took so much time and effort to make sure it was delivered smoothly with no stress. He called on the way so i new exactly when he would arrive which was amazing. He was also super friendly and loved to get to have a chat whilst unloading.

We were in bind because Send My Bag failed to collect our suitcases. Using Porta Delivery, we were matched with Chris from MIRO who was able to come collect our suitcases on Saturday in Glasgow. He was always responsive when I messaged him for updates for collecting and also delivering. He delivered the suitcases to our hotel in London in two days as per the estimated delivery. Highly recommend!
