Akin made our beautiful wedding rings, a crucial part of our day and the rest of our lives. He was even able to accommodate our special requests about the design including the shape of the rings and fairly complex engraving. This man is such a talent and so so welcoming. I have used him now for repairs to a bracelet, he has turned a ring into a pendant and most recently he has turned my design of a emerald cut diamond surrounded by a double halo onto reality. He sourced the diamond and created a bespoke masterpiece of a creation. Do not go anywhere else for a new piece or repairs....the customer service doesn't end when you walk away either, Chester to me now means a visit to Akin and Rachel . A true master of his trade.

Cannot recommend Mira Design highly enough. I had been struggling to find a wedding ring that was exactly what I wanted and that fitted with my engagement ring. I tried quite a few jewellers in Chester as I wanted to get a ring locally but I was not feeling confident I was going to get what I wanted from them. I called into Mira as it was somewhere I hadn’t tried yet and Rachel was so welcoming and when I spoke to Akin I felt he was really listening to what I wanted and understood my vision down to the fine details. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision or leaving a deposit and I came away knowing I would get my ring there. I picked the ring up a few days ago and I am over the moon with it, it is exactly what I wanted (and better) and looks and feels so well made. Thank you Akin, Rachel and the team.

We could not be happier with our new rings from Mira Design. Our old wedding rings were melted down to recreate a more comfortable, modern wedding band for my husband, and a narrow wedding band, plus a full diamond set eternity ring for myself. Our new rings complement my upgraded engagement ring, that we purchased here 1 year ago to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Following an hour long consultation, we received excellent help and customer service. I was looking for a single stud earring and wanted something special. I called in to see Akin and he was happy to make me exactly what I was looking for. Initially the fit wasn’t quite right, but he was happy to adjust the earring so it sat perfectly. The service was excellent and I received a very warm welcome.
