I was give a range for parts and labor of $2,000-$2,500. The technician and did the work. A bill was supplied for $2,500 exactly. I received a call and was told the technician left the company and they lost the check in gave them. I told them I needed an invoice with parts and labor broken out. She said they dont pay their labor hourly. The company seems shady and unethical. I would not suggest them for work.
Always reliable and honest work. They managed to put me on the schedule the next day and had the problem fixed before you can even open the door. Always the first choice and highly recommended. Your the man Todd

Received a lowball estimate for a plumbing job by one of the technicians and then after the installation, the owner did not stand by the estimate whatsoever and denied that the estimate was given, then stated is was just a guess. The total billed ended up going from the $2000 estimate to $5500 with no communication from anyone in the middle. I would not recommend this company due to shady billing practices as they do not communicate with their customers and don't care about standing by any kind of estimate their employees will give you at the beginning of a job.

Tankless Water Heater had a fault code and Trevor was able to get here right away did troubleshooting and sorted it out.
This was after Gracie took the off-hour emergency call and scheduled him!
Peace of mind restored the day before Thanksgiving!
Will Definitely use Miracle Plumbing again.

The technicians that came out were very polite and professional, and they came out in a very short time after being called! I was very impressed and will use them again for my plumbing needs and we'll be glad to refer them to others!!

I would hire them again, good work, but I just really hope they will arrive within the 2 hour window that was told to me from the company.
