Incredible service! Russ and the whole Mio Watches and Jewellery were great assisting me finding my dream watch and a last-minute Rolex gift for my wife. Prices were very competitive, service pristine and communication great. Russ was very easy to deal with and very professional in every contact. We finally managed to meet in Houston last week, and I was very pleased to see both watches in perfect state, with box/papers etc.. Again many thanks Russ and good luck for the future business!
I was quite skeptical and concerned to purchase a watch through the internet. After reading reviews which were all 5 star, I was still skeptical, but after speaking to Russ, he was very transparent and answered all my questions with patience and detail. My confidence grew in my dealings with Russ every step of the way, from start to receiving my watch.
I was able to purchase an “AP” watch that was never worn, and was purchased by a collector two weeks previous from “AP”.
I don’t know if everyone at Mio Jewelry is like Russ, but I can tell Russ is greatly committed to providing a good experience with the people

I was referred to Russ buy a mutual friend to help source a watch from me. I was searching for a very specific piece, a Rolex Platinum Day-Date 40 with an ice blue dial and Roman markers. My instructions were specific; new in box, unworn, full set. Russ immediately went to work and found the exact piece in 2 days! Not only was it everything I asked for, the card was only a week old! He secured the watch and I wired him the full amount of the purchase. I had my watch the next day and it was exactly as I had requested. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Russ was an absolute pleasure to deal with and can be trusted. I highly recommend him to source a timepiece for you.

You cannot ask for a better experience. Russ is the only person you need when you are looking to buy watches or jewelry at best prices. You will not find a better deal elsewhere, save your time and take my word for it.
