And now our Oriental fairy tale is over! Thank you so much for always being there. Tour organization is on the up, just like last time. Both Victoria and Dinora and Muattarchon were bidding farewell as if they were family. Special thanks to driver Thilo for his professionalism and concern. We found Minzifa Travel online and planned a 12-day trip across Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan for six pax with Kamila Djabarova over three months via WhatsApp.
They were very communicative and proactive in meeting our needs and expectations regarding itinerary planning for a customised private tour.
A 30% deposit payment via electronic transfer was required, with the balance payment upon arrival. Ensure transfer payment above 1000 USD to avoid handling fees on the agent’s end.
Arrival details / instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival, and the agents were in constant touch to check on our progress, and issues were resolved promptly and efficiently.
Private transport and transfers provided were excellent and modern within key cities and acceptable in most instances between regional centres. We got a 10-12 seaters van for 6 pax, a tour guide and the driver. All the drivers were safe and observant of road regulations. Individual airport pick up and drop off were arranged for each of us which arrived promptly and on time.
Tour guides were mostly professional and knowledgeable in each city we visited, with a few being exceptionally good and personable. They were accommodating in varying the planned itinerary to meet our needs.
The organised accommodation met what we paid for our hotel class. We had one instance where the bathroom amenities at Al Tengir, Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan, did not meet our expectations, but it was rectified and resolved promptly by the tour guide and the agency with alternative accommodation found nearby.
Overall, we had a lovely and memorable trip in Central Asia and would recommend Minzifa Travel for planning an unforgettable experience.

Perfect planning and execution
We had been wanting to visit Uzbekistan for a long time. Due to the fact that we did not have a lot of time to visit, proper planning was very important to us. In addition, we also wanted to make sure that we visited the Aral Sea, Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand. After a lot of research, we decided to go with Minzifa travel. We are so glad that we did! Initially, we chose them because they were willing to find solutions for everything that we wanted to do. They were efficient and always answered all our messages immediately. In addition all the drivers and guides in all the locations were great: punctual, friendly and accommodating. It is thanks to them that we had such a great family holiday.I must also mention Alim. He was our point of contact and was amazing!I highly recommend Minzifa. Not only for Uzbekistan but for all the countries that they serve.
If in Uzbekistan, then only with Minzifa travel
I always knew I would love Uzbekistan, but I had no idea I would fall in love with this soulful country! My husband and I travel a lot, so I decided to plan the tour myself. But I couldn't find high-speed train tickets. Thought I'd find a firm that did it, but I didn't call, the bands were recruited. I've been in touch with several managers. But more detailed information and politely and carefully, I was given to Minzifa, so it was decided to take an individual tour from them. All accommodation wishes were taken into account, low-cost Boutique hotels were wanted, but that they were atmospheric and romantic, with mosaics and courtyards. Offered fabulous options😍a also, even found tickets for the high-speed train! I want to thank Violet, she's been so helpful in all matters. Throughout the journey, she was always in touch with me and if you wanted to sleep for an hour, she settled with the drivers and tour guides! Very attentive and polite 🥰We visited Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. We were accompanied by very kind, polite and fun drivers. We were met and taken along the route, that is, we did not need to think about logistics at all! Cars are all new and clean, water and wet wipes. All cities are different and amazing! You don't have to talk about it. But when you see all this beauty, you want to hear the story, the stories of war, love, secrets, beliefs and it takes guides! In every town we were met by a hotel guide and escorted likewise. Throughout the day, even during the car ride, we were told incredible stories! My husband and I were wildly delighted with the professionalism of every tour guide! In our memory, we have found such boring guides who have spoken monotonously about history and listed dates. This time it was 100% interesting! We listened, asked, wondered, laughed, tried, touched😄 We were shown the most delicious cafes and restaurants, even invited to the landlady of the house who taught to cook the most delicious pilaf! In Bukhara, we stopped by the office in Minzifa, where we were welcomed and given gifts to remember. It has been a month since we arrived home, but we are still telling our friends about our journey to this great country and recommending all Minzifa travel🩵
Beautiful spring Uzbekistan
That Uzbekistan is beautiful I won't write. I want to express my great gratitude to Minzifa Travel for organizing the trip, the tour was individual, took into account all our wishes and whims. All issues were handled promptly, always in touch. We visited 3 cities. Everywhere we were met, escorted, helped with the moves. Guides are beyond praise. So much interesting educational information! We contacted Minzifa to organise some transportation, hotels and guides during our trip in Uzbekistan. They have been very professional, very quick in answering our questions. Everything went very well (in particular we did a very nice yurt experience). We had a last minute issue with some train tickets and they immediately organised an alternative with a car to solve the problem. I absolutely recommend their services! The Aral Sea. Individual Jeeping Tour
We went to the Aral Sea with guide Irina. No one was left indifferent. In addition to the rooftop species, we have received many interesting information about the life of the region, its history, and the local flora and fauna. We've seen wild birds and animals, including red books. Tour arrangements are great too, everything worked like clockwork, no hitches. Thank you!

С Minzifa Travel посетила Узбекистан впервые. Это был тур "Восточный экспресс" по трём городам - Ташкент, Самарканд, Бухара. Это была небольшая группа в 9 человек, организовано все было прекрасно, но особенно хочется отметить работу гида Кристины, которая сопровождала группу с первого и до последнего дня путешествия. Она не только хороший гид, но и прекрасный человек, который быстро и чётко решал все наши проблемы и учитывал пожелания.Но, конечно, есть и замечания. 3* в Узбекистане и в Европе - не одно и то же. Качество постельных принадлежностей и уборка в номерах оставляют желать лучшего. В Ташкенте более прилично, в Самарканде похуже, в Бухаре откровенно плохая уборка. И это был бутик-отель Minzifa. Сам отель чудесный, в старинном доме, с внутренним двориком, у меня номер был маленький, но при одноместном размещении это не критично. По-настоящему вкусно поесть удавалось не всегда. К сожалению, в местах скопления туристов, где обитала и я, цена и качество не всегда находятся в очевидной зависимости.Впечатления от знакомства со страной приятные, а Бухара просто великолепна!
