Excellent first class service and survey, such a nice person to deal with. We could not praise Stefan at Millington surveyors any more highly. From the very first phone call Stefan was very helpful and professional. He did the survey for us at very short notice and rang us immediately after with all the information we needed. He then very promptly prepared an excellent level 2 home buyer report. We then spoke to him at length about the contents of the report, he explained everything perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble. He answered every email and phone call immediately and has a really friendly but professional attitude. Stefan literally answered every conceivable question and even offered advice on other potential properties. We would highly recommend his services. Excellent in every respect.

Couldn’t recommend Stefan and his team enough. After being recommended by my local mortgage advisor, I got in touch and was given in depth advice as to what survey I would need. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was also key to the survey. They left no stone unturned and provided me with the confidence to go forward with the purchase. After owning the property for over a year, there haven’t been any issues. The report was extremely detailed and clear, even down to the level of what ongoing maintenance the property will need while in ownership (moss management, facias etc). Couldn’t grumble at their fees either! Professional service from start to finish. I’ve recommended Stefan to a number of friends and family who were also extremely happy with the services provided. I wouldn't let these cowboys into my house! Gave an inaccurate review (e.g. said there was no chimney stack when there was! Said there was a wall missing in the kitchen - No! the kitchen is a converted garage - no walls missing! Said that that the kitchen units were basic - No, they are top of the range!) and nit picked - e.g. the stairs creak! A couple of the doors have glass, no hand rail on the stairs. There is moss on the roof! etc. etc. On top of this Stefan refused to take his wet shoes off and spent half of his time talking to us or on the phone to his wife or to another client. Scared our buyer off for no good reason and we lost the sale! Thinking of complaining to the RICS.
