After reading online several positive reviews of Milligan Electrical Contractor, I called him to do some lighting upgrades on a 35 year old home we recently purchased in Sherwood. He installed recessed LED lighting with dimmers in the house as well as wall sconces. This work was started to the late January snow/ice event and he even came out in the terrible road conditions and finished the job. I found Chad to be respectful of our home and needs; he worked steadily explaining what he was doing before and as he progressed through the jobs. His price was reasonable considering the current high cost of materials. I plan to call him again in the spring for further upgrades before summer AC season.

Very helpful in solving my issue that I couldn’t find. Also did some extra electrical work I wanted done. Definitely worth the hire. This guy is my go to for now on if I have an electrical issue.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Chad did installing my chandelier. It was a very challenging job. The fixture was old, very heavy, and required a lot of care, but he handled it with incredible patience and thoroughness. He was clearly very knowledgeable, took the time to make sure everything was installed safely and correctly, and never rushed the process. On top of that, he was very pleasant to have in my home and communicated clearly throughout the project. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and reliable electrician.

Chad, the owner of Milligan Electric, arrived ahead of time to my home for a service call to repair my front porch lights and some lights over my fireplace. He not only repaired those lights but he went and beyond to ensure there were no additional issues and he did not charge me for that- and get this, there was no service fee charge for him to come out! I already had another company slated to come out who were going to charge me a service fee but since Chad was able to remedy my issues I will be canceling with them. Chad even provided me a discount on my next big electrical issue with him. I would certainly recommend him to my trusted family and friends with zero worries!

These days, it’s hard to find someone that is prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable, much less friendly! You get all of these things with Chad at Milligan Electric! I contacted him as my mom’s home had thrown a breaker that affected much of her home including heat. With a cold front quickly approaching, she had to have it working properly. Chad was out the same day and quickly resolved the issue and then some smaller tasks to boot. I truly appreciate how he worked quickly and was friendly! Highly recommend!!
