I had Chad, the owner of Milligan Electric, come out today for several electrical issues. This was actually my second time using his services. I first called him about a year ago, and I was so impressed with his work and service that I knew he would be my go-to electrician for any future issues. Chad is friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He arrived 15 minutes early and waited in his truck so he wouldn’t interrupt me, which I thought was very considerate. He also takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and even demonstrates things along the way. He’s not only a great electrician, but also a great educator. I especially appreciated how he handled everything to help me get approved for the repairs through my home warranty company. He was extremely thorough in explaining the needed repairs and the steps he would take, and he communicated everything clearly and in a way that was easy for them to understand. He was truly a great advocate for me, and thanks to his communication, I was almost instantly approved for the repair costs. That was a huge relief and took a lot of stress out of the situation. I’m very glad I called Chad again, and I’ll continue to use his services for any electrical needs in the future. Very highly recommend!

Chad is a genuinely kind and dedicated professional who went above and beyond for us. We had a time-sensitive project, and he arrived at our home at 7 a.m. and stayed until 11 p.m. to ensure everything was completed before the crawlspace crew arrived. Our internet cable was accidentally disconnected( at my fault), Chad returned the following day—a Sunday—to get everything taken care of. We truly appreciated his willingness to help, especially on a weekend. It was clear from the beginning that Chad takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and committed to getting the job done right.

Chad was very diligent and easy to get along with. He fixed our ceiling fans that hadn’t been working for months, isolated the proper breakers, and showed us what the three-way switches controlled. It wasn’t easy but he figured it all out. And the price was very reasonable. He’s now our “go to guy” for electrical!

Exceptional person who does what their slogan says: gets the job done right the first time. Showed up at the agreed time, was very thorough on surveying the issues and detailing everything that was in the scope of the repair and even beyond as notes for future repairs. Replaced a bad fuse box faster than other electricians quoted for a competitive price that bested the others requested while doing a better job. 11/10 would recommend. Support your local professionals.

I am so impressed by the service that I received. I called Mr. Milligan because I was having issues with my generator & he arrived promptly the next day. He looked it over & reported back clearly what was needed; in my case I was low on oil & needed a full service tune-up, which was fair bc I was behind on that. When he finished my 20 YO generator looked brand new. Yes, I will definitely use Milligan Electric again!

After reading online several positive reviews of Milligan Electrical Contractor, I called him to do some lighting upgrades on a 35 year old home we recently purchased in Sherwood. He installed recessed LED lighting with dimmers in the house as well as wall sconces. This work was started to the late January snow/ice event and he even came out in the terrible road conditions and finished the job. I found Chad to be respectful of our home and needs; he worked steadily explaining what he was doing before and as he progressed through the jobs. His price was reasonable considering the current high cost of materials. I plan to call him again in the spring for further upgrades before summer AC season.
