Dog wash never has shampoo or it doesn't work. $7+ dollars for a dog rinse

Hi Todd, thanks for reaching out. I understand the concern—it can definitely look like the soap isn't there because it doesn't produce a thick lather. We actually transitioned to this specific ratio based on veterinary advice to prioritize dog skin health. Standard high-suds ratios can strip natural oils and cause irritation/dryness. Our current setting is designed to clean thoroughly while remaining gentle on the skin. We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us clarify why we made the switch!

Our favorite place for a quick necessity. Good coffee, a comfortable and cozy seating area for good conversation, Many great deli choices if you're hungry. The car show cruise nights are really fun!
