Latosha Talavera 2025.12.07

     

Finally made it out to Miller's Ale House in Deer Park and quite enjoyed their Prime Rib Sunday Special. We also started with the Boom Boom Shrimp (loved the slaw) and Brunch Burger. The Orlando vs Knicks game was on and the atmosphere was just so warm and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean and spacious and I especially appreciate the cohesive service from the staff. The server, food runner, and manager all assisted in serving in a timely manner. Thank you!

My husband and I came here for dinner tonight, and Steven was our waiter. His service was absolutely exceptional. He was kind, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu. We had the best experience and will 100% be back again! I had the Zingers Salad, which was delicious, and my husband had the Grilled Chicken BLT, which he really enjoyed as well. Thank you so much, Steven, for providing great service and great energy! 😊

The lunch service today was somewhat disappointing. While the hostess provided excellent service, our server appeared disengaged throughout the meal, only demonstrating attentiveness during the billing process. This created an awkward dynamic and raised questions regarding the overall service experience.

Stopped in at about 11:20 am on a Saturday. Hostess was really sweet and warm. Waitress left alot to be desired and also dropped some of my food. I left her an ok review and a tip....waitress didnt deserve either tbh. It seems a little kindness and training can go a long way here. Next time i come shopping this early, ill just wait the extra 40 minutes and go to texas roadhouse down the block. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 ❤️
