I went in last Friday to get a 100 year old family heirloom engagement ring cleaned up to get ready to propose to the love of my life. And let me tell you first of all the staff is extremely willing to work with you to fit any and all needs pertaining to your wedding jewlery needs. They were just so friendly and excited and they really made everything perfect for the day of my proposal! My and my NOW FIANCEE!!! I have a beautiful necklace that has significant sentimental value to me. The necklace was broken and I had taken it to several other jewelry repair stores. Each time it was "repaired" at these other places, it came apart again. When I took it back to those other places, they told me it could not be repaired again. Millbrook Jewelry initially did not think they could repair the necklace but, after I told them how important it was to me, they said they would do whatever they could to fix it. And they did! They completely repaired it and it is like new. I truly appreciate the craftsmanship, expertise, and kindness showed to me from the staff at Millbrook Jewelry - Thank You!

Hands down, Millbrook Jewelry is the best jewelry store in town. Walking in feels like stepping into a luxury atelier in Europe. The space is absolutely exquisite and the atmosphere is both warm and welcoming.
The staff goes above and beyond to ensure their customer's needs are met with care and professionalism. Over the past two weeks I’ve brought in several pieces for repair and have been extremely impressed with the results. The craftsmanship is top-tier and pricing is quite affordable.

My first visit to Millbrook Jewelry turned into an impromptu purchase of a gorgeous diamond encrusted star pendant. I simply couldn’t resist! The store itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional.
I also entrusted them with a beloved family heirloom necklace in need of repair. To my surprise, the piece was ready much sooner than expected and the result exceeded my expectations.
