We could not be happier with the care our 3-year-old son receives at milestones Kinross. From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine care that makes us feel confident we chose the right place. The teachers are patient, attentive, and truly invested in my childs growth. Our son has blossomed here—socially and emotionally. He comes home excited to share what he learned, the friends he played with, and the fun activities he enjoyed that day. The environment is safe, engaging, and well-structured with plenty of day events scheduled through out the year. Communication with parents is excellent and response rates are immediate! Choosing a daycare is never easy, but this one has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are incredibly grateful for the love, guidance, and support they provide every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and engaging place for their child.

Our daughter has only gone to Milestones Kinross for about 2 months now but she absolutely loves it. The educators were so thoughtful on her first day, asking what activities shes interested in and letting her do those to ease her into her new setting. The educators are always so helpful and smiling, and our daughter is always smiling when she finishes at the end of the day.

This feedback has been long overdue. My son has been attending Early Milestone Kinross for over two years now, and I can confidently say that I cannot fault the educators, management, hospitality, or the level of care and service this centre provides to both children and their families. From Nadine to Chloe, the centre managers - they have always shown genuine empathy and understanding, especially toward working parents. Their reassurance and open communication have made a world of difference in supporting our family’s day-to-day routine. I honestly cannot think of a single educator I’ve ever had to raise concerns about with the Centre Managers. From Lenae, whom my son lovingly sees as his second mum, to Jess, Olivia, Elina, Mary, Fallon, Derryn, Lauren, and Brigid—every single one of them is an incredible human being who is clearly in the right profession. Their compassion, patience, and commitment to the children’s wellbeing and development shine through every day. As a parent, it’s such a comfort to know that your child is being cared for by people who treat their work not just as a job, but as a calling. An absolutely amazing day care. Our daughter has been attending here for almost 6 months and she loves every single day she is there. All of the staff are brilliant at what they do and go above and beyond to make sure the children are settled, well and thriving. Our daughter had never been in a daycare setting before we moved her here and Chloe and the team made that transition for us all seamless. Would highly recommend.

Our son has been attending Milestones West Kinross for over two years, and it has been a fantastic experience. He now genuinely enjoys going to daycare, thanks to the centre’s vibrant and engaging culture. The programs are interactive and thoughtfully designed, creating a fun learning environment. I couldn’t be happier with the care my child has received at Milestones Early Learning West Kinross over the past two years. From the moment we first walked in, it was clear this was a special place. The team at Milestones West Kinross has become like an extended family to us. They’ve created a nurturing and supportive environment that has played a crucial role in my child’s development. The educators are not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about their work, and this is evident in the way they engage with the children. Communication has been exceptional. I receive daily updates on my child’s activities, meals, and nap times, which gives me peace of mind. The staff is always available if I have any questions or concerns. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the care taken to ensure the children's safety and comfort. The centre manager and educators are all so welcoming from the moment they open the door. With rooms that just invite you to join in the adventure and exploring and an amazing outdoor play space. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for early education in the area!
