My daughter started daycare here when she was 10 months old and from the moment she started she has absolutely loved it. She feels safe and has developed so much. Us as a family feel so supported and secure sending our daughter here. All the educators are so lovely. Highly recommend Milestones Helena Valley!

Milestone Helena Valley has been an amazing experience for our family! The centre is always incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up to support learning and play. The educators are warm, professional, and genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. We've seen so much growth in our child—socially, emotionally, and intellectually—since starting here. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. My twin girls have been attending for a few months now and I am very happy with the centre. Not only have we had no issue with illness's (super rare) the staff are lovely and I have seen a huge improvement in my girls talking as well as in other requested areas.

Our son moved to HV Milestones midway through the year, transitioning from another day care. He has absolutely flourished there. He (and us) loves the carers, who helped him immensely through the change in centres. It had been smooth going, admin side of things is so responsive. It's just easy! And handy being a 10 min walk away 🙂

My son has been at milestones for nearly two years, after moving from another daycare I wasn’t happy with. Since day one he settled in like a dream, the stand out thing for me is the continuity of staff which was lacking massively at his previous daycare. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the outdoor areas are so much fun !! We haven’t had any major sickness due to the high standard of hygiene which is amazing !! I enjoy daycare drop off and pickups just to catch up with the educators as they make you feel like part of the family ! 10/10

I had an outstanding experience with Helena Valley Milestone Daycare Centre. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for the children. After moving my son from a centre he’s been at since 6 months old, he has settled in so well at Helena Valley. The educators across the service are all so friendly and welcoming. A huge shout out to the Toddler staff for going above and beyond and making my son settle in so seamlessly!
