After moving my son from a centre he’s been at since 6 months old, he has settled in so well at Helena Valley. The educators across the service are all so friendly and welcoming. A huge shout out to the Toddler staff for going above and beyond and making my son settle in so seamlessly!

Wonderful daycare with amazing staff who care so much about the children. They are always doing fun activities and helping the children learn and grow. I only wish we had found it sooner! I know my children are in great hands with the educators at Milestones. Eliza is a wonderful Centre Manager as demonstrated by the number of long-term staff members at this Centre.

My granddaughter attended this Milestone Centre and was very happy there. I found the staff to be very professional and caring towards the children. I was very happy with the Centre, and I would definitely recommend it.

Our girls are given the utmost love and attention while in care. They are so well taken care of and by extension so are we. I'm so grateful every day I have to be away from my kids that they're in the care of their daycare mums, who care about their safety, education and overall wellbeing as a first priority. Thankyou to all the staff at milestones who contribute to their enjoyable days.

Really positive things to say about this lovely center and its staff. The staff have been wonderful, kind, nurturing and completely reassuring since my toddler started 2months ago. My little guy is always smiling when i pick him up and sometimes doesn't want to leave. He loves the staff and the activities. The staff are consistently lovely and make the effort to build and maintain rapport with myself and my little one which I appreciate++. Other positives include an updated outdoor play area to be more reflective of nature play and daily photoes of the kids so parents can see what they've been up to and how they're going along. Overall, the staff make me feel reassured that they are creating a safe environment but more importantly treating my little one like they really do care for him the way a family member or friend might.

I have found A Step Ahead Helena Valley to be a friendly, safe, clean yet fun environment where I feel comfortable leaving my child in their care. The staff are super friendly and kind and have made my little ones adjustment to daycare smooth. Definitely would recommend.

My little boy, aged 2.5 attends the centre and I've been so pleased with his progress there, the creative activities they do and the way they update parents and make you feel involved. Im also pleased with the professional and kind manner of the staff. They've been completely on top of the covid 19 health crisis too, very vigilant and proactive in their responses. I would recommend the centre.

A lovely little daycare staffed by passionate, professional educators and a very proactive centre manager. The kids go on all sorts of adventures outside the centre, in addition to having a variety of incursions and the stimulating environment of the indoor/outdoor areas.
