I am very pleased with Milestones @Greensborough. The team at Milestones are all terrific and make the centre feel warm, inviting and have an overall fun environment when ever I walk in. My 2 children love their educators and attending in general is not a stressful experience for myself as they are happy to be there. My 4 year old specifically has made quantum leaps in potty training, improved speech and trying different foods. I cannot thank the team here enough for their commitment to helping my son. They were great at ensuring a team effort with myself and the educators so everything was streamlined. The relationships they have formed with my children are genuine and has made a huge impact on there experience at Milestones. Thank you so much to the whole team at Milestones!!

Milestones has been the best move for my boys. My oldest has been saying so many words and learning new routines which he shows at home. He has made so many friends and enjoys everything he does all day, he is coming home so so so happy. My littlest is in the nursery and is so loved it makes me feel reassured while I am at work.

Our son has been attending daycare since he was 15 months old at two previous LDCs and a sessional kindergarten throughout his early childhood experience. We have never had an exciting response of a morning, except for recently when we have told him “it’s daycare day with Deanna”. Her exceptional manner has ensured that our reserved guy has demonstrated a confidence that has flourished during his time in the kinder room with her. This has aided his ability to expand his friendship groups - something he has struggled to do past one or two friends. We were ecstatic to see him talking to other children, playing games and interacting with those around him so happily and positively.
We wanted to share our sincere appreciation to Deanna, the team, and all staff at Milestones for their consistent care and nurturing nature towards our son throughout his time with you. They have gone above and beyond to get to know him and his personality to ensure that they can connect with him. This extends far beyond Deanna’s room, as we have seen this same care both early in the mornings when we drop him off, and the afternoons when they are grouped in the big kinder room. Our only regret is that we did not move him sooner.
We wanted to pass on our sincere gratitude to all staff, and especially Deanna, for helping our reserved little guy to build some of the essential confidence he needed to transition to Primary School next year.
We look forward to many more years at Milestones, with his little sister beginning to move through the rooms and experiencing the same nurturing nature from all staff.

Everyone goes above and beyond every day, it really feels like a second family for my child.

The centre manager, Belinda is very supportive and always making herself available to talk through any issues. Our experience at Milestones Early Learning has been positive from day 1. I remember walking in the very first time and was greeted by pleasant & knowledgeable staff I knew this was the right choice for our child. My little Hannah has been part of the babies group since two months ago and the educators have been nothing short of amazing, the respect, warmth, love & care, shown at every drop off and pick up reassures me that our child is in the best care. I honestly can't fault Milestones Early Learning, the staff, communication & weekly menu's are fabulous. The play spaces have plenty of natural elements to explore, activities and regular updates through Storypark make for a hassle-free experience.

We’ve had two of our kids come through this Centre since 2016 (and will do for another few years!) and have always felt like part of the family. The staff are caring, and take a genuine interest in your child. They don’t hesitate to contact you if there are any issues. The Centre Manager Belinda is always approachable and easily contactable, and is an absolute asset to the team, as well as many of the educators and assistants. We’ve recommended this Centre to many friends who also report being very happy!
