Leaving my twin girls at childcare was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do but from the very beginning, this centre showed my girls so much love and patience. Very emotional start of this journey for me as a mother, now it’s become a place of comfort and happiness. All educators from nursery and toddler zones are incredibly caring, kind, and genuinely invested in my girls wellbeing. It’s been 4 months since my girls started daycare and seeing how happy and settled my daughters are each day fills my heart with relief and gratitude. I trust completely that my twins are not just cared for, but are truly loved and safe. I couldn’t ask for a more nurturing, professional, and beautiful environment for my children. Starting our son in childcare was a huge step for us and even though I work within the industry (not at this service) we were feeling very nervous. We instantly felt comfortable when we dropped our son off with the wonderful educators in his room Ana, Dona, Manpreet, Alma and Bimpu. They were so caring to him- we knew he was in good hands. When he moved into the Toddler room, we met Manju, Harmony, Rav, Kamal and Dana (amongst so many others) and the nurturing continued. He has recently been transitioning into the Kinder room and we have received regular updates on the orientations and was consulted through the entire process. Safety is a priority for us and we are glad to know that this is a focus for the service too. He is always safe when he is at care and the educators go above and beyond to cater for any of our requests to ensure we are comfortable. We receive updates on his learning and they notice his likes/ dislikes and it is exactly what we notice at home- they make the effort to get to know the children. I truly believe that childcare is part of a family's village- we rely on them so much and we are so lucky to have this service as part of our village and our son is lucky to have somewhere he loves going. Thank you to the team at Milestones Cranbourne East for everything you do everyday.

After being at other childcare centres we have finally found a centre that we don’t feel like just a number! The educators have taken great care and patience with my son to ensure he has settled in and is enjoying his days at his new centre. Management has also been so great to deal with and nothing is ever too hard for them. My son has loved the beautiful outdoor area and is now thriving. Would definitely recommend Birches Early Learning for anyone that is looking for care

Since my daughter's orientation one and half year ago, I've felt a strong sense of trust in the amazing and caring educators at Milestone Cranbourne East. Bimpu and Dona, two experienced educators in the nursery zone, immediately recognized my anxiety about leaving my six-month-old daughter in their care four times a week. They reassured me by providing exceptional care and keeping me informed about my daughter's progress. Even during the recent transition from the nursery zone to the toddler zone, I was concerned about my daughter's adjustment. However, the transition process went smoothly, with only minor bumps related to dietary preferences. The majority of educators at Milestone are truly exceptional. My daughter's excitement to attend school every day and her reluctance to leave at the end of the day are a testament to the dedicated and caring environment. She even mentions the names of several educators with joy. While the fees are higher compared to other local facilities, I believe they are justified. You are investing in your child's future, and Milestone provides an invaluable experience. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the staff's consistency. Most educators have been with the center for at least 5-10 years, which creates a stable and well-run environment. Milestone Cranbourne East feels like a second home for my daughter, and I know she is well-cared for and receives excellent teaching from the dedicated educators. I hope the center's management continues to provide high-quality care and education for children in the future. My husband and I are so grateful to Manju, Dona, Harmony, Bimpu, Kamal, Dana, Manpreet, and all the amazing educators at Milestones Cranbourne East! You are truly angels. Knowing she is so well cared for and learning so much gives my husband and me such peace of mind while we are at work. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️

My now 4 year old son absolutely loves the educators here. It has been 3 amazing years and I must say it was our best decision made. My daughter loves going to Milestones Cranbourne, she loves the educators who are very supportive, caring and helpful in getting her school ready. I cannot thank the educators for the care they have provided for my daughter. I highly recommend to all as this has helped us be at work with ease of mind and know that our daughter is well cared for. All the educators are fully qualified and they go above and beyond to cater for the needs of my daughter. The food is so delicious my daughter is a fussy eater and she loves the food at milestones.

My son loves going to his daycare, started at 8mths and would cry when I leave the room but now he is happy with go to the educators (which he loves) and play with his little friends. Love getting updates on how he is going and how they encourage the parents to be involved and ask term goals. Every educators knows my son by name, it's like a big family and not just another child they have to look after. I like how the sizes aren't too big so the educators can really have time with each child and each child can have time with the educators. I would highly recommend milestones

I have a wonderful experience. It has been a nice environment for my 4yo daughter to learn a lot and make friends. She has a great relationship with all of her educators, whom I have found to be very caring and professional. Otherwise, we'd happily be staying at milestones. I would recommend Milestone early learning centre to all who are looking for a safe and effective learning centre in the area.
