We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this daycare. The team were incredibly supportive when we were first getting started and really helped ease my son into the space, which made such a difference. I absolutely love the daily updates and photos, it’s fun but also reassuring to know what he’s been up to throughout the day. Every single person there is welcoming, kind and genuinely caring and it gives me such peace of mind. I can honestly breathe a sigh of relief knowing he is so well cared for while he’s there. And as a bonus, the food is amazing! We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

We love the team at Milestones Bundoora. Our daughter absolutely loves going to childcare, and has so much fun everyday she is there. The communication they provide every day is so reassuring, and keeps us up to date with what our daughter has been doing all day and how she is progressing developmentally. We feel that our daughter is safe and so well cared for by the Milestones team!

I can’t say enough good things about Milestone Bundoora. From day one, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Our baby girl has absolutely thrived here, she’s more confident, social, and excited to go each day, which says a lot about the kind of environment they’ve created. The caregivers are so lovely, and they absolutely love what they do which shows in the way they interact with the kids. The daily activities are fun, educational, and thoughtfully planned, and we love getting little updates and pictures throughout the week. It really puts our minds at ease knowing she’s in such capable, caring hands. We feel so lucky and blessed to have found a place where our daughter is not just safe, but genuinely happy. Looking for someone to care for your child can be daunting. Our daughter who is 3.5 and have been attending Milestones since she was 7 months. All the carers know her by name and we love how they share personal stories about her day. Our 3.5 month old will begin in a couple of months and I know that her transition will be just as smooth. We cannot rate Milestones Bundoora as they go above and beyond a 5 star review. From the moment you enter, it feels like you’re visiting family and you’re met with warm smiles. Nola & Hannah are very approachable and always listens attentively to your needs. Thank you for looking after Ellis. You’re like family.

I couldn’t thank Milestones Bundoora staff enough. My boys have been going there now for about two months and the transition to a new childcare the team made so easy for them and myself. My son has been going to milestones since last year November, & I couldn’t be happier with the decision we made to enrol him! Keep in mind, I had done a few tours with other childcare centres in the area, but nothing stood out to me, and the interactions felt very superficial. However, when I met Nola at milestones for the tour, I signed on with the centre immediately as I felt so comfortable and reassured that I’d be leaving my son in the best of care. The staff members are so welcoming and very genuine! It’s more than just a “job” to them. They are passionate about what they do! They have made my son’s transition to childcare so pleasant which really helped eliminate the “mum guilt” because I know he is having a blast! The wonderful team also made my transition back to work a lot easier with the long opening hours & with the regular updates I receive throughout the day via the Storypark app! Before I enrolled him, I was struggling as an FTM looking after my son full time with no breaks…but I can honestly say that this childcare became my “village”. I have become a better mother because of it. My only regret is not enrolling him into Milestones sooner!!

We’re so glad we chose this daycare and kinder for our kids. Both of them have been going since they were 9 months old, and are now 5 and 3.5 years old, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The teachers genuinely care about the kids and their development. They create such a welcoming and supportive place for little kids to thrive, it really shows they love what they do. The centre has great communication, so we always feel informed and involved. The centre manager Nola, goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s always on top of things and really cares about the families, organising events and gifts to make sure we all feel welcome and part of the centre. Over the years, both my sons have moved through every room in the centre, from babies to toddlers to preschool rooms, and at every stage, the teachers have been wonderful, giving them so much love and support in their learning and growth. As my oldest one finishes kinder, we’ll really miss his teacher, Esther. She’s absolutely amazing, so kind, caring, and really connects with the kids. My son loves her, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s done for him. I know that my son’s first learning experience in kinder was the best he could have because of her. We feel so lucky to have found this place and highly recommend it to any parents looking for a caring and well-run centre for their little ones.

I have 2 kids enrolled in this centre. One is starting school next year and has done the kinder program there and my daughter will be 3 yr kinder next year but has also attended this daycare since she was a year old. The kinder programs and teachers are all exceptional, my son has come along way since being with the 4 yr educator and is ready for school which is bittersweet. All the educators in the toddler and nursery rooms have had my children at some stage in their enrolment and all educators are warm, friendly, positive, fun and professional. My kids never want to come home haha The director and assistant director are also very approachable, friendly and get back to you straight away with any questions etc. It’s a terrific centre in a great location 🥰

We are so grateful for the wonderful experience our daughter has had at this childcare center. Having never been to childcare before, we were initially concerned about how she would settle in. However, thanks to the incredible support and professionalism of Nola, Taila, Rita, and the other educators, our worries quickly disappeared. What a beautiful centre. As a first time Mum, the reality that I needed to leave my baby in care at 6 months old to go back to work, was tough. After touring many different centres in the area, and one bad orientation experience at a nearby centre which left me very rattled – I came across Milestones Bundoora, and I’m so glad I chose this centre. We’ve only been enrolled a few short weeks, but the kindness, warmth, and support they have shown not only my child, but me, at a particularly difficult time was invaluable. Nola’s management of the centre is wonderful, and it’s evident as the staff are happy, and this shows in their care towards the children and parents. The continuity of staff is excellent – we always see the same faces at pick up and drop off, so you never feel like you’re leaving your child with a stranger. The communication between staff is excellent, as well as responding to children’s and parent’s needs. Storypark app is always up to date with my child’s day – I used to call to check in, but now I don’t feel like I need to. All of the staff are friendly and warm, and always greet you with a smile. They are very dedicated to what they do. I never feel rushed, and they always take the time to get up to date with what my little one needs for the morning, when she’s due for bottle, nap etc. The most important part is that at pick up time, my baby is happy and cared for and it has made my return to work a very positive one. If you’re looking for loving care for your child, please do yourself a favour and enrol them here! You won't be disappointed 😊

My kids have just transitioned to school after attending here for kindergarten and long daycare. Esther and Hussain could not have done a better job getting the twins ready for school. They helped with anything I was working on at home and always showed enthusiasm and encouragement towards the kids. I can not thank you enough. Kanza you are a great stability at milestones. As a working mum of two it’s really hard to find good childcare who looks after my child the way I do ! My prayers were answered when they both went to milestone Bundoora ! The mangers are so supportive and educators are excellent! Highly recommend this place for children!
