Every member of the Staff, Starting form the Centre Manager, Assistant Manager through the casuals, are friendly and really have all the children's needs at heart. My 2 girls currently go and they love the staff. If they see them at the shopping centres they always call out to them to say hello or give them a hug. The facility is always clean and tidy but they have gone beyond the normal. The water play "creek" serves a second purpose with it watering the plants as well. they teach the children about the eco system while the children play. It truly is a great centre.

Absolutely love Julie and the team at Milestones South Townsville! Have had both our children attend for daycare and Kindy, which is sadly coming to our close as our youngest prepares for school next year. Cannot recommend the centre enough to family and friends, and are very grateful parents for everything that the centre has provided for our two very happy kids!

Our son Kaïs has been at the centre for about 6 months now and it has been nothing but an amazing first experience for both our son and us ! The whole team really goes above and beyond to make sure the children and the parents are welcomed, reassured and supported at any point in time. From the human experience, to the facilities and activities put in place for the development of all children, this place is truely the best we could’ve ever hoped for ! If you’re after a learning centre that you can trust with your eyes closed, this is 100% the one!

Additionally, the retention of staff speaks volumes about the positive work environment and dedication to consistency. We are new to Milestones South Townsville and our little boy is absolutely loving it. He has settled in so quickly and that's 100% due to how welcoming and warm his educators are. They go out of their way to make sure he feels safe, comfortable and happy everyday, and they do the same for us by updating Storypark each day with lots and lots of photos. We are so happy we found Milestones South Townsville.

My daughter started at Milestones South Townsville at 15 weeks old, and everyone we’ve seen and spoken to has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. As a long awaited baby, receiving a special handmade present for my first Mother’s Day brought tears to my eyes, and seeing the photos of her each day that we attend, makes me so glad that even though I’m not with her throughout the day, I won’t miss a minute! I simply cannot recommend this centre enough. Julie and her team are all so warm and caring to each and every child. My kids absolutely love daycare and adore all the staff. The thing I love as a parent is the communication. Julie always keeps us updated with everything in the centre and all the staff are always willing to talk to us about our kids.

It's all down to the staff. They are amazing. They know all the kids by name even if they are not in their care. When I drop off or pick up, the echo of Hi Mikey, Bye Mikey rings out around the centre. They are very inclusive. We lead by the management as well.

We enrolled our 4 month and 3 year old sons at the a Centre a year ago. We have had the boys in the babies, toddlers, junior and senior kindy groups now. This daycare was recommended by a colleague as the "best day care in Townsville" and we agree. Julie, the Manager, is fantastic - responsive, professional, educated, compassionate and always striving for excellence at the Centre. The Educators are professional but genuinely fun and lovely people who my family cares for. There are so many beautiful languages and cultures celebrated - my boys are learning 3 languages and have regular education and celebrations of First Nations culture. I would highly recommend.

Julie and her wonderful team are so good with the children, very friendly and helpful to them and me when I require info/help and the environment in this place is amazing. Laura has loved the place from the moment we walked in there.Hand pump water device, chickens!! creative play aids everywhere and covered play/eating areas with a fresh sea breeze pushing through the centre, funnelling up ross creek from the ocean. This place came highly recommended to me from a lovely lady at my son's school who has a child here and I have been very grateful for this insight. I wish I had enrolled her here much earlier. There is so much to say about this amazing Centre. From the moment you walk through the door you feel a sense of belonging! The outdoor environment is a tropical oasis where you could happily spend your entire day. The team are so passionate and caring with the children and will go above and beyond to ensure your child's happiness and safety. The Centre Manager is just lovely, along with her assistant manager. Nothing is a hassle with the team here....its definitely a Centre anyone would love !
