Dear Milestones Kelso Team, I want to extend my deepest thanks to every single one of you for caring for my daughter, Sylvia, since she first came through your doors at just five months old, in 2021. You have been part of her world for so long, shaping her early years with love, patience, joy and stability. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the role each of you has played in her life. A special thank you to the “originals” Miss Cazz, Miss Narelle, Miss Eliza and Miss Carol who have been there from day one. You have watched my tiny baby grow into the bright, confident, sassy little girl she is today. You were the first people outside of our family to love her, guide her, cheer her on, and pull her into line and that is something I will never forget. To those who became more like family than educators, our beautiful Nanna Rell-Rell and Aunty Elsie, thank you for wrapping Sylvia in the kind of warmth and care that only comes from genuine connection. To Miss Tarrah and Miss Emma, thank you for stepping up and leading her Kindy days this year with such dedication and heart. And of course, a very special mention to Mr Sam, the man who changed my mind about the value of male educators. Your kindness, patience, sense of fun, and egg-loving ways have had such a positive impact on Sylvia. You showed her what a caring male role model looks like, and I am so grateful she had that. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t crying writing this. I honestly don’t know how Sylvia or I will go without you all in our lives. The support you’ve given us, the relationships we’ve built, and the love you’ve shown my girl are things I will treasure forever. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to raise my baby with me besides the incredible team at Milestones. Love forever and always, Kara, Sylvia and Elliott xoxo

Great little centre, hidden away from busy traffic and main streets. Great communication from the director and all educators at the centre this centre feels like a second home for us both my children have been at the centre since baby room one starting as young as 7 weeks old. The director and staff are always getting new resources and activities for children and their individual needs to keep them engaged. I love that we are always updated on story park about daily routines and what they have done for the day. The centre is always clean and tidy my children love going.

50p for an extra jug of hot water for our TWO pots of tea. Spent just short of £18 on tea and cakes nd got hit with that! Young staff are lovely so no fault of there’s and service was excellent. The owners and management need to take a look at themselves. Have since spoken to a few others and some refuse to go back because of this. Get it sorted please 🙏🏻

We are a returning family to Milestones Kelso. Our bub went into the nursery last year and I love that when we returned, a lot of the staff were still there from 7years ago when I had our 2 other children at the centre. All the staff are always welcoming, lovely to talk to & can never fault the level of care provided. Our children have all loved attending and they learn so much. We highly recommend Milestones Kelso.

Great little kindy, I’ve sent three of my children here from crawling babies to kindy graduation all the staff are great and have been a great support to our family and very accommodating during our many obstacles. Location is safe secure and very well maintained. All my children have great bonds with the educators.

I highly recommend this place, the educators are warm and welcoming and my son has been happy and thriving here for over a year. All the educators have been doing an amazing job with him. I feel he is in wonderful, safe, nurturing environment.

My Son recently had a transition day from the Babies room into Toddlers and from the very first visit he was hooked on all the new toys, the big kid chairs and his friends who were all now standing on two legs rather than the crawling they did in Nursery. Now we are unable to get him back into Nursery as he has decided he is now a big boy. Miss Sussan and Miss Jess have made the transition a smooth one and little Jaxx is just loving everything about being in Toddlers and enjoys every moment with his new friends. Looking forward to the next few months of his little journey at an amazing centre. Jaxx is going to miss his Nursery educators so much as they are truly amazing everyday. Thank you to everyone. As a first time mum returning to work I was nervous about putting my son in daycare but Miss Susan, Cazz, and the team do a fantastic job. He's learning lots and has a great time! They're breastfeeding friendly too. Highly recommended this centre 🫶

My son just thrived at this centre and couldn't have asked for a better kindy year. Miss Leanne and the other kindy staff were just amazing with the class and definitely worked their magic! The staff across the centre are so caring and my son always enjoyed helping staff pack up of an afternoon and was always happy chatting to staff or having a ball playing when I would collect him. He learned so many important social skills to get him ready for prep and just turned into such a confident little boy. They always have fantastic engaging activities set up for the kids and the centre is clean and well organised. My son especially loved how so many staff and other kids would always say good morning/ good afternoon to him as he came and went and it really made him feel welcome. A great little centre in a nice quiet location.

Our family have a history at what we now know as Milestones Kelso for over 10 years. I have two children that have attended and a third still attending and have known some of the staff since my eldest attended as a 3 year old(she is now 14). The staff at Kelso Milestones have been like family to my kids. I trust them with their health, their happiness, their education and overall well being. When they have attended so my husband and I could work, I have had nothing but trust and total appreciation for the attention and care the staff pay to my children. Couldn't speak more highly of this centre and so grateful for the amazing, caring, dedicated staff.

Cannot fault anything about this centre. Absolutely fantastic, amazing educators. My 2 older kids come here from babies, had my 3rd child and having to go back to work I had to put her in quite early they were so reassuring and allowed me to contact and ask how she is going. Great communication, anything happens I always get a phone call straight away very welcoming and family orientated, never a day I walk in and don’t get greeted. That is one thing I have always looked at in daycare centres, daily updates on story park which I absolutely love. Thank you all for being so loving and caring for my babies I can’t thank you all enough.

5/5 stars for this Daycare Centre. My child expresses daily how happy and secure they feel while in care. I have formed a great relationship with the centre director and all the staff and has made me feel more comfortable leaving her in care. All staff are professional yet, show so much care for the children. I highly recommend this centre! 😊

The center is welcoming and warm the staff are amazing my kids have developed great social skills and have surprised me in what they know just from going to milestone kelso. I have also recomended the center to my friends and family that's how much we love it we have been using the services since 2017 and still have one child attending. The girls were really helpfully with helping transion from nappies to fully toilet trained and off the dummy. I highly recommend this center

New to Townsville, found this treasure tucked down from Kelso Primary School. The tour blew me away, the centre was beautiful and the outdoor play area is huge with great equipment. The children were happy and the staff so so caring and gentle; they care about each individual child. My 3yr old has cerebral palsy and bad separation anxiety, but the staff handled him with patience and compassion. It’s only been a week and already my son is settling very well and his anxiety has dramatically improved. I strongly recommend Milestones Kelso to all parents, very happy with the care at this centre :)

Milestones Kelso is an amazing daycare service. My daughter has been going there for over a year and she loves it. The educators are just amazing and they have all stayed the same so very consistent which works for us as my daughter doesn’t take to strangers. Finishing note this centre is amazing and I can’t fault it.
