The staff here are absolutely amazing — so friendly, caring, and genuinely lovely with all the children. They go above and beyond to make sure every child’s individual needs are met. I’ve especially appreciated how accommodating they are with dietary requirements and different nappies and wipes, which really gives peace of mind. You can truly see how much they care about the kids, and it makes such a difference. I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly!

I have recently taken my child from another centre and she has fit right into cranbrook and is now writing her name and the kindergarten teacher is amazing and teaches the children the right things to set them up for prep would highly recommend

I enrolled my child a month ago after not having a great experience at another centre. My child absolutely loves attending Milestones Cranbrook! The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. The centre is always clean, organised, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids happy and learning. Communication is great, and I always feel confident that my child is in safe hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family invested and supportive daycare!

Overall the best centre I’ve sent my family too. I always know my children are safe and well looked after as the staff are very capable. The centre is in immaculate condition and all the staff are absolutely amazing. The centre manager runs the centre very well and she is always helpful and accommodating for all our requests. I’ve never had any issues with the service and would happily recommend it to anyone else was looking for childcare.

I have never felt more comfortable leaving my children with anyone then the girls at this centre. My daughter has been going for over 2 years now and even with the staff changes over the years she has always been happy to go and from that my son has recently started and knowing he's safe and well looked after is a relief. We have had a very traumatic year with almost losing the children's father to a serious car accident and the girls were so supportive of not just the children but myself as well. The Director has done an amazing job keeping the centre a safe and fun place for our children putting them first.

Absolutely amazing service from all involved! We've had nothing but positive experiences with all staff and management and cannot rate this center highly enough. Very supportive, interactive and personable and the menu for the children is diverse and accommodating. Keep up the amazing work!!!!

We started at this daycare approx 3 months ago. My son has always been to Affinity group (Milestones) daycares. After a couple weeks of our son been there he was still not settling which was unusual for our son. He was crying that he gets hit alot. And he doesn't want to go. The entire 3 months of him attending there were no incident reports or behaviour management reports which I found unusual so I bring this up with the director. I also spoke to the director from Bushland Beach which she had said that she doesn't know why none have been done but it's unusual but she couldn't comment further on it. I called the education board to discuss that my son was being locked in the front office several times and upon picking him up the director had told my son he was not allowed to leave until he cleaned the office quite abruptly. My son was really upset and he just wanted to go home. Which in there own policy states that no kid WILL be isolated from other children. I ccalledthe director and she told me over the phone there's nothing you can do to prove it because we have no cameras. I was in shock that I just heard someone say this that cares for children. Another thing I hhadto bring up is why my son has no sunscreen applied to him whilst playing outside in the middle of the day and no kid was wearing head protection form the sun. The director finally arranged a meeting to do a plan after I had argued why one wasn't done we go in to attend and she tells us we have to leave we ask for paper work explaining why she tells us she can't till 6pm because the regional manager won't allow her too. We speak to the director and she puts all of it on the Regianal manager saying she ( centre director) had nothing to do with any of this it was all the regional mangers decision. We are not the only parents experiencing this issue with this daycare we will all be taking this further. The director is rude insensitive and does not have the knowledge to run a centre safely. The past 3 weeks there have been numerous teams in and out of the centre all we here is that the centre needs work with how the centre in being ran. Not once we're we ever abusive or anything towards this centre We sent our son here based he has always been with Affinity group and they've always been great but this one centre is horribly horribly wrong. We also sent our son here based off reviews but this director has only been running it for approx 8 months. Infinity headoffice is nearly impossible to get a hold of. The centre charges higher rates then any other ccentre in town but serves such an appaling service. I feel they've asked us to leave in the hopes we will go silent on the way the centre is being ran on why there has been no correct processes in place and why there isolating children to try and make us go quiet. We were also told tby the director of the centre that here staff are not trained or equipped to deal with kids behaviours Huh WHAT!!??? Director-Centre Manager

My children have been going to Milestones Cranbrook Centre for 3 years now, we absolutely love them. Although my little ones have their “favourites” all staff are super friendly, very approachable and very welcoming every visit. They are really involved in the children’s learning and provide you with an outline of how they went during the day, every afternoon (which I really love) The director Kayla goes above and beyond to help with anything needed - very helpful & approachable. Really recommend!

Milestones Cranbrook is a great centre to send your children from babies up until kindy. The team ( centre manager especially ) is always there to help with any concerns if you have any.. the girls are professional , the centre manager will have a laugh with you and it's nice knowing your child/ren are cared for.
