We couldn’t speak more highly of Milestones PP. In an industry that’s known to have a high staff turnover most of the staff here have been there for 5/10/15+ years which speaks to the warm, happy environment they foster at Milestones Pacific Paradise. We get stories and photos daily as well as an individualised development and learning update monthly. Linda and Ness run a tight ship and centre policies are reviewed frequently in collaboration with parents. It’s everything we would want when looking for a care provider for our children. Our children are loved and cared for at the highest standard and that’s all you can ask for as a parent.

After visiting a variety of daycare’s within the region We decided to choose to enroll our boy at Milestone Pacific Paradise which was by far the right choice we could have made. Teachers are extremely compassionate and experienced, fostering a welcoming atmosphere in which children can flourish. They schedule regular activities which stimulate curiosity and promote growth. Furthermore their communications with their parents are fantastic We receive regular information on the progress of our child. We could not be more pleased with the care to our son at Milestones Pacific Paradise.

Our daughter absolutely loves her time at Milestones. As a first-time mum, the support and understanding provided by the staff have been invaluable. Even after a few months, the team continues to exceed our expectations, addressing our needs, accommodating requests, and patiently answering our endless questions. Their care, love, and support shine through in every interaction, making us feel genuinely supported. For us, these qualities are what matter most in a childcare centre. I chose Milestones for both my children from 7 months old. The staff are caring, approachable, flexible and have not only supported my kids but me too! Staffing is stable, which is a reflection of a good working environment, and there is constant communication to parents/ carers.

This has been a long time coming as we have had both our kids attend the centre over a few years now. We have been supported through every possible struggle, get so much feedback and have developed warm connections with all of our kids’ educators. To be honest, it’s hard to pinpoint which part i love the most - the dedication to warm and educating environment, the feedback every single day our kids attend, the warmth with which we’re always welcomed or the huge leaps in development our kids have done in their care. Our little ones‘ speech, skills and independence has grown together with us making some beautiful friends ourselves thanks to the connections our kids are making. Thank you for the support in using cloth nappies on our kids, for looking into any red flags in development and following up on them, thanks for caring for their general well being and making doctor recommendations, and thanks for a great chat every time you get a chance! You have an absolutely gorgeous dedicated hard working team, and it shows in your day to day work, so thank you, Linda, Rach & the rest of the girls 🤍

To the team at Milestones Pacific Paradise, I attended a stay and play session with our child, and upon my stay I asked the educators a number of questions and to which the two educators in the nursery were more than accommodating in answering them. Whilst answering these questions, they even answered other questions that I was also going to ask. I was shown various items within the centre and our son was able to take part in the morning tea process. Their menu looks great! I wish I was I was eating it. Centre Management were knowledgeable and further answered more questions. Overall, I am very happy that I have chosen Milestones Pacific Paradise to care for our son whilst we are hard at work. It has a very homely feel to it. Well done to the educators! Great job.

We have had our son at Milestones Early learning for a few months now and I just want to say how much easier this transition has been than we were expecting. I think that is in large part a reflection of Milestones beautiful staff! Our son has such an affinity for the educators in his classroom, Amy and Cissy (but he seems particularly connected to Amy). The photo updates each day are such a comfort to see him exploring new activities, toys and relationships. Thank you to everyone for being so supportive and empathetic towards me and My husband and obviously very caring towards our son. I am so happy we found Milestones. I can not recommend this centre enough!

My son has been going to Tadpoles Pacific Paradise since he was 6 months old, the educators there are amazing with the children, he loves going, and he feels safe there. He has also made so many friends that he will continue on with to primary school.
