Both of my kids have attended Milestones and we will be sad when our time with this community is over! We tried three other daycares in Capalaba / Alex Hills before we found Milestones 5 years ago and we havent looked back!

Milestones Capalaba is a special place. They support not only the children attending but the whole family, the centre has a real community feel. All of the staff are incredibly thoughtful and when you leave your children there you know they are so cared for. Every time I go in I see the educators interacting with the children and can see the rich educational environment they provide. They truly go above and beyond for our children. They have a great indoor/outdoor learning space, including a bike track and little stream for those hot summer days. It’s a wonderful centre!

Exceptional Care and Support – Highly Recommend! Milestones Early Learning Capalaba has been absolutely amazing for my son since he started at the beginning of 2024. The staff are incredibly dedicated, caring, and friendly, always going above and beyond to create a nurturing and supportive environment. From day one, they have made us feel welcome and valued, and I’ve seen such a positive change in my son—he is happy, engaged, and thriving! The team takes the time to understand each child’s individual needs, providing thoughtful care and encouragement. This daycare is great! We love this daycare! We have been coming here since 2019 when our oldest child was a baby and the educators have always been very supportive and welcoming from the start. I am already sad for when our youngest child will start school in a couple of years and move on. It will be the end of an era!

Actually the best most caring childcare around! Jenny and the entire team are so caring and compassionate to our children, the education my kindergartener has received is astonishing, she amazes me daily with the things she is learning. Every staff member greats us and each child every day with happiness and love. All the educators know every child by name even if they are not in their room. This centre is truely a home away from home for our children and I am forever great-full!!

We looked at so many centres around the area but really fell in love with the team at Milestones. Our daughter struggled for a little while with separation anxiety and they took such excellent care of her during this time as well as keeping us informed of how she was going and her progress at becoming more independent. She loves going now and it gives us a lot of peace of mind every day knowing that she is well looked after. Thanks team!

As a family we have experienced a variety of different centres and nothing comes close to Milestones. Our little one started at the start of the year and immediately felt at home with the educators. We’ve seen such growth in our child since being at milestones. Drop off at previous centres was unbearable, now it’s a breeze.

We could not be happier with the level of care and service that our children are provided with here! Honestly, we hit the jackpot with this centre. Absolutely incredible staff, that will treat your family like their own. My son is in senior kindy this year, having completed Junior kindy last year, and our daughter started in the nursery and is now in the toddlers room. We are beyond happy with Milestones Capalaba and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for daycare /kindy options!

I waited a fair while to get a spot at Milestones Capalaba and it’s absolutely worth it. All the staff seem to know my daughter quite well, probably because she likes to adventure anywhere she can in the centre. Great location right near the Capalaba regional park and Bunnings for a before or after care run around/errand.

Milestones is not only a beautiful centre but the staff go above and beyond what a typical childcare centre would. The children feel so supported and they love attending. We have had nothing but great experiences with this centre! Would 100% recommend this centre to anyone who asks.

My review is only based on customer service, from what I saw of the centre when we did our tour we were really pleased by the things we saw. We got put on the wait list for 2024 which was what we wanted and we got a call in may to say we had been offered a full time position for our son. We called today and spoke to the manager and first off couldn’t find us in the system which was the first red flag, the next thing was basically she nullified the email we got saying we had full time position for us and that we basically didn’t have a spot and couldn’t get the days we wanted even though we were offered Monday to Friday. Simple miscommunications between management and their enrolment team obviously but left a very sour taste in our mouthes.

Our grand daughter attends Milestones in Capalaba and it’s the perfect place for her. We live in Ireland and really appreciate the daily updates, we have watched her grow up through them. We’ve been so impressed with all the activities and learning that happens there. The staff are very professional and caring. The children all look engaged and happy in every activity. Our little one has learned so much! Couldn’t recommend Milestones highly enough!
