Everyone at the centre was extremely friendly to a default. The cheerfulness from the staff was a lot to handle at first but quickly adjusted. Unfortunately my kids enrollment was swiftly cancelled as I was in payment arrears, than I was sitting in the managers office being yelled at like a naughty child. I was told my children won't be welcomed the next day as I failed to be consistent with the payment. Maybe I just finished shopping and wore my new outfit before making the payments. Treated my kids like a debt collection. Not happy, I would've preferred being referred to the payments and debts team.Stark difference from the cheerfulness that force out every other morning.

Everyone at the North Brisbane Centre is amazing and so friendly. There is always someone willing to help. It truly is the best centre, and I will forever be grateful for the incredible care and support they provided for my son’s development.

My eldest has been at this centre for two years and he has absolutely thrived all the way from the nursery room into the junior kindy room. The educators are all very lovely, approachable and caring. My baby starts at the centre in the new year and I am excited for him to get new experiences and be loved on by the educators :)

As a manager karuna gurung is really friendly and welcoming person always smiles and greet you, she listens to our concerns. All staff are friendly and i feel safe to drop my baby in this centre. They have so many learning activities and my kid is loving it.

I cannot recommend this Centre enough. Naomi was very friendly and accommodating to fit my son in. He now gets his day care bag and heads for the door, eager to attend. He was u sure at first but now loves going.

Very terrible daycare They don’t take any responsibilities, unprofessional, dirty and smelly room , always poo in the nappy when I pick up and missing items frequently but never found but they don’t care Just terrible experience ever had

An absolutely amazing centre. My daughter was happy and so excited to go there every day! Exceptional staff who are so loving and caring and who go above and beyond for the little ones! My 3 year old twin boys have attend this daycare centre for a couple of years now and I can honestly say we are all very happy.(Mum& Dad included). The educators are great, the director is very helpful ,the facilitaties are awesome ( big kitchen and dining room, and a little soccer field !! 😍) i have tried out other centres and this one ticks all of the boxes !

My daughter has been with this centre since she as 4 months old, she's now almost two and I have never felt more confident about my baby in the arms of others. They're reliable, flexible, have always helped me out while working retail and my roster was constantly up and down. There's a low staff turnover so seeing friendly faces every day, who I know everyone's name and they know mine is really reassuring. I couldn't recommend this centre any higher.

Did not feed my infant child for up to 8 hours on multiple occasions. Also promised to refund the 4 weeks paid in advance before we pulled our daughter from care yet we are still chasing this up over a month later. Very disappointing after having my 2 year old in care here for some time. Do not recommend.
