We are a Defence family who relocated to Darwin in January 2022. Our two daughters have spent the last 18 months at Milestones Parap and we couldn’t have asked for a better standard of childcare.
We have absolute trust in the childcare provided and we have seen our girls blossom and form genuine bonds with their teachers.
We love building relationships with our families and supporting them in whatever way we can. We look forward to watching your beautiful daughters grow and learn with us at Milestones Parap.

Andrew and his team of educators have been amazing. My oldest was there when we arrived in Darwin a few years ago, and she loved going to daycare as the transition was done so well. Now with my youngest, a big thank you for the care that is taken especially with the allergies and anxiety needs for my youngest. Some educators went over and above to help with the anxiety and still do.

I completely regret the short time my son spent at this centre. He was 9 months old when he attended. Every single time I dropped him off I advised the staff to call me if he wasn’t able to be consoled within say 30 minutes so I could come to him, which was possible since I wasn’t working at the time. This didn’t happen once and it still sickens me to think that on some occasions he was crying and distressed for prolonged periods of time, and I gather even cried himself to sleep one time. We pulled him out only after just a few weeks due to relocating interstate, but I honestly would have pulled him out even if we weren’t. When I accepted the offer of his spot I advised the centre that I still hadn’t completed my CCS application and I was assured that it could be backdated and it wouldn’t be an issue. I wasn’t told that the centre require specific information from me which would allow my CCS to go through, meaning I’ve been left 100% out of pocket for the damaging experience of my son’s time there. From them about the matter was 3 months ago and I’m still chasing for a response. Some of the carers seemed wonderful and am sure were doing their best, though unfortunately given my experience I feel an obligation to warn parents against sending their children here.

Both of my children attend Milestones Parap and we are very happy with the level of care our boys receive. The carers are very attentive and are constantly providing learning opportunities to help your children excel. The options for progression are great- having the preschool rooms available, allowing the older kids to level-up at their own rate and be amongst peers of the same abilities. My boys are always coming home with new skills and it’s great to see.
I honestly still don’t know how the educators get 8 kids to sleep in the same room at once- wizards!

A lovely daycare that is warm, welcoming and friendly. The educators are amazing and have a real connection with the kids, even those outside of my daughters room. Our daughter has a smile on her face each day when she arrives :-)

My boys thrive here. They eat all their meals, have longer naps than at home and always talk about their daily activities. They learn so much here that I just wouldn’t have time at home to teach. Their educators have always been patient, kind and caring. Thanks team!

All the educators (even in other rooms) know my kids names. I love how nurturing they are and the daily updates we get. It gives me comfort knowing i am leaving my kids in the care of loving educators.

My daughter has been attending this day care for nearing 2.5 years and loves it. There is a real personal touch, the team get to know the children and families and are very accommodating and supportive. Whilst it has been a difficult couple of years with Covid, lock downs and restrictions this wonderful group of caring and hard working educators have continued to come to work and put there best foot forward every day looking after our children. Shout out to the kitchen and meals also :-)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff are lovely and caring and the children are fed breakfast, healthy cooked lunches and snacks. My daughter looks forward to going every day. The playgrounds and play equipment are brilliant! The owner is friendly, caring and professional. We couldn't be happier!

非常差的幼儿园，可以感觉到他们歧视中国人。把孩子送到幼儿园前几天都不好好给我孩子喂饭吃，午觉也不好好哄，我和老师提了意见以后他们态度非常差，告诉我凭什么说老师工作没做好，还叫我们换幼儿园，我并没有把话说的很过分，因为我英文不是太好，但个人觉得他们可以好好和我协商解决问题，不至于上来就说我没资格投诉他们老师。总之非常失望。
