I have been with Affinity company for nearly five years, and for almost two years, I have had the pleasure of working with Milestones Leanyer. Mel, as our manager, you are truly amazing. Your unwavering support and dedication have helped us thrive in our roles. Thank you, Mel, for being an outstanding professional and for significantly boosting my work confidence. You are an exceptional manager. The best manager ever!!! Ayu, as the assistant director, you are an incredible person with a wonderful spirit. We recently changed over to this Centre and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and engaging with the children. Our little one has transitioned easily and enjoys going to day care, but also comes home happy.

The staff are friendly, accomodating and very loving to the children.

I would like to thank all the staffs of Milestones Leanyer, especially the Centre Manager Mel and all other staff members, for their support during my work. I migrated to Darwin recently and started my career at Milestones one year ago. The Staff were very supportive and they were amazing throughout. I am a long standing educator at Milestone Leanyer and I am so proud of my centre. Milestones Leanyer is a family and it is through this amazing opportunity that I class each family, child and staff member there as my family and also as my other home.

I joined the Milestones Leanyer family in late 2023 as an educator. The team and Centre Mamager are amazing and show a massive amount of support to all families, children and staff. I feel valued as a team member and I love going to work each day to explore, play and help grow the children at the centre.

My son is being going to Milestone Leanyer for the past one year. I love to see how excited he is when it’s daycare day which clearly tells me how much he loves being there. There aren’t enough words to thank the whole team for their hard work. Kudos to the entire team.

My little boy loves going there. The educators are loving and caring. He is the baby of the group with special needs but they make sure he’s well included in all activities and have lots of fun. Great to see the updates through the day too. Management has been helpful too dealing with special needs request.

The care and attention my daughter received at Milestones EL was amazing. She loved going to daycare and got a long well with the other children. Hours are flexible which is what worked really well for us as well due to work. Play areas are kept clean. Communication was good as well.Milstones is a very patient and responsible teacher

The best childcare in Darwin! The care, love and support given by the staff is incredible. I am so glad I chose Milestone Leanyer because I know my son is getting lots of cuddle and care throughout the day when he is upset.

Can’t speak highly enough of the lovely friendly staff at milestones Leanyer. They’re a big happy family. My son loves his time there and the educators are friendly and happy to listen and answer any questions you may have.

I send my child to Milestones Leanyer and wanted to share my amazing experience with the staff, centre and especially with the Manager Mel. My child loves coming daily and is celebrated and treated with care and respect by the team. Mel has been an incredible addition to the centre - she has completed transformed the space and energy and her duty of care and love goes beyond what you’d expect. Thank You !

Milestones Leanyer is a really great childcare centre, staffs there are really amazing and helpful. Only thing I would like to be changed is the opening hour, from 7 am to 6:45 am as I think it would be really helpful for a lot of families. In saying that I feel relieved and confident in leaving my bub there as I know she is in good hands. Thank you Milestone Leanyer for your service.

I was fortunate enough to get a spot in this centre as the capacity is 28. I could not be happier with the care provided to my daughter. The staff here really eased her into full-time childcare with the play and stay option before enrolment, and just being supportive with me AND the baby haha. Put simply, my 1 year old is happy to be dropped off every morning with not a peep....when prior her attending milestones leanyer, she wouldn't go to anyone but our household. This helps a lot and eased my anxiety about leaving her with others. If you hear about a spot opening up, take it from me, don't hesitate.

My daughter has been at the centre for 3 years. She loves going to school and has developed beautiful manners due to the lovley care of the centre educators.

Fantastic place with caring people around. My daughter enjoys it and is learning heaps! Very happy with my daughter’s progress of acquiring new skills and knowledge. I would certainly recommend this centre to my friends and family.
