FABULOUS! I did a tour of the centre recently because my son was not handling the transition to daycare elsewhere. I was impressed by the facilities, especially the baby room! It is large and open with a variety of spaces to explore, including a window to watch outside! Chelsea ran the tour and was informative and supportive. She listened to my concerns and was understanding of the position I was in. The two members of staff in the baby room were welcoming and the vibe in the room was relaxed, warm and familial. All the babies seemed calm which was an obvious reflection of the intentionality from the staff. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed and we no longer require the services of the daycare but I would have sent my son there in a heartbeat!!!

We chose Milestones Early Learning Darwin for several reasons, and we’re so glad we did. Firstly, its location is ideal — being close to my workplace makes drop-offs and pick-ups easy and convenient. It also gives me peace of mind knowing I can be there quickly in case of an emergency or if my daughter needs me urgently. Secondly, the centre offers a flexible schedule, which is a huge help for us as our work hours aren’t always fixed. It’s reassuring to know that Milestones can accommodate us when needed. We’re especially grateful to Charman and Chelsea for always being so understanding and supportive in accepting our requests whenever we needed to add extra days for our daughter. We’re truly happy with our decision to enrol our daughter here. From day one, we’ve felt that the educators care for her as if she were their own. That kind of genuine warmth and care is something we deeply value. The first few months were challenging; our daughter struggled with separation and would cry when we left. But the educators were incredibly supportive and patient during this transition. Their care, compassion, and consistency helped her settle in, and now she’s excited to go to daycare and be with her friends and educators. A special thank you to Kelsi, Sunita, and the Kakadu and Tiwi educators for the love and support you’ve shown. We also appreciate the regular updates through the app. I always look forward to seeing how my daughter is doing throughout the day. It is a great way to stay connected and involved. Thank you, Milestones team, for creating such a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for our little one.

An incredible centre with awesome staff and excellent resources. They work hard with the children to help them learn and they provide extra specialty options such as a quiet room for children with sensory issues that need to take time out by themselves to wind down etc.

Initially I was not confident about me putting my toddler in childcare center. After few days, my son started showing positive response and less than 3 months, now he loves going there. We found ourselves needing to put our 10 month old and two year old in daycare quite suddenly and for the first time. The team at Milestones Darwin City was so accommodating and helped us to book a tour, go on a waitlist and be offered positions all within a few days! I was incredibly anxious but all of the staff went above and beyond to help our children settle in quickly. I received multiple calls and messages a day to update me on how they were travelling and was able to drop in for breastfeeds until our little one. I'm forever grateful to have found such a great daycare. Thanks to Charman and the rest of the team!

Our baby has been going to Milestones since she was 4 months old. We are very happy with Milestones and especially the educators in the baby/nursery room. They have quickly picked up on our baby's cues and accommodating her feeding and napping schedule. Our baby seems genuinely happy in the educators' care and we always look forward to see what they did for the day through Storypark. I would recommend them to any wondering parent!
