Milestones Umina has exceeded our expectations for an early learning centre. Professional leadership, caring and talented educators and staff, and quality learning programs ensure our child is well cared for and is thriving in a educationally stimulating environment. As parents, we have enjoyed clear and timely communication from staff, and prompt responses from manager Jess and her leadership team when we have a question or concern. It is a pleasure to walk through the colourful and engaging rooms of the centre and see what the children have been learning. The staff work above and beyond because it’s obvious they love what they do! We feel very fortunate to be part of the Milestones family.

Poor quality of care Son went here and had a great teacher in the 3 years room who sat down and understood him and his difficulties with adhd . But then the year after had a teacher that couldn't handle him and wouldn't help with his needs just complained had to quit my job because of it as I'm his sole carer. Also owed me 600 in credit after I pulled him out and were taking more money than they should off me even after going into office multiple times to solve the issue.

Absolutely 5 stars 🌟 I’ve been at the centre for 4 years now, the positive change that I have seen in the past 16 months since Jess the centre manager took over is incredible. My kids absolutely love going every day, the food always smells so good when I drop them off, Mel is the best! The culture is very happy and fun, the staff always have smiles on their faces. The centre manager is caring and is always available for a chat and open to any feedback! Please, if you’ve heard anything negative in the past, wipe those thoughts as it’s not that centre anymore! Thank you everyone at Milestones Umina.

We have been at Umina Milestones since the beginning of 2024 with our child in the babies room and are very happy. He is always welcomed with a beautiful greeting from the educators. Communication about his routine, needs and day are always shared and the staff have been wonderful. The director and 2ic are amazing. Always sharing with families about updates, notifications and community events. There has been work to The facilities In the last few months which is great as you can see Jess is really pushing for improvements everywhere. We couldn't be happier with the quality of care received at Milestones Umina.

We’ve been at Milestones since 2022 and have 2 kids attending 5 days a week. We’ve loved our time there and both kids are thriving with huge thanks to the educators at the centre. The kids are very stimulated in their daily learning, have formed great friendships with other children and I can tell how safe and loved they feel by the amazing team at Milestones. We have had great communication with the centre around our needs, routine and special requirements for the girls, and have found the staff always approachable and respectful. Our kids have really bonded with the staff and we are so lucky to be part of the beautiful community provided by Milestones and its families. We can see such a positive change in our girls since being at Milestones and would highly recommend to any family looking to enrol

There appear to be different sets of rules for some children compared to others. The educators do not follow basic hygiene guidelines. I've picked up my child numerous times to find other children with his dummy in their mouths and bottles The staff turnover is high, and children are treated like numbers. I've withdrawn my child from this place, and if I could give it a 0 rating, I would. beware!

I love this centre. They are all very friendly and my 1 year old child has now developed a lot of skills. They work closely with the babies and toddlers. My child is just excited everyday when she sees them at the front door. Am so glad we had the regular spots booked in and Lexi was good in following up. Everyone in this centre is very reliable 💯👌☺

I have three of my children going to the centre and they are always so excited to go. They have made friends so easily and all the kids are great. The education that is provided is so valuable for their years before school. The teachers are always giving you feedback about their progress and have been so kind and respectful. I would recommend the Milestones Learning Centre to any parent wanting to send their children there.

We have been apart of the Umina Kids Club Family for 6 years now and have absolutely loved everyday. The staff are always so caring and professional. They love our children as if they were their own. The children are always learning new things daily.Trying new foods and maintaining life skills. The center has always been kept clean and safe for the children. We highly recommend Umina Kids Club.

My daughter went to another preschool before umina kids club she would come home everyday telling me what she played with at school and who I thought that’s perfectly normal and if I sent her to any other preschool I’d have the same results. However I was proved wrong when I sent my daughter to umina kids club the very first day she came up to me and said “ mum I learnt how to be an archeologist! “ I was thrilled at how she acknowledged archeologists during the detailed lesson. Every lesson has been just as detailed as her first. The educators are passionate about teaching our children and helping them grow. They are carefully handpicked to suit the environment they create for our children. Kylie the director of umina kids club is dedicated to making the preschool the best it can be and she has. I’m glad my daughter has had the opportunity to attend umina kids club and I recommend it for everyone.
