I put one star only because my kids still go here only until we find something else. My son is 4, he goes to the toilet are home all the time but when at school and he is having multiple accidents. On two occasions we have had calls saying my son has hit a few teachers but get told different stories on the same occasion by different teachers. This is just recent. I was told that my son had scratch a teacher in the face but when I spoke to the teacher there was no scratch. I asked to see cameras but I was told they aren’t running. I thought very day care has to have functional cameras. When I find another daycare my kids will be leaving. Very poorly organised. I could say so much more but I’ll leave it at this.

Do not send you child/children to this school, They are so unorganised, kids are never fed properly, never help children who are using the toilet to wipe ect, no school readiness, no supervision whatsoever I have on multiple occasions seen in the big room 16 kids with 1 teacher then in the middle room 2 teachers with 13 or so kids how can they look after each of them if 2 kids are having a meltdown or something the rest go unsupervised where they have literally lost kids then don’t even tell the parents that their child was missing, no routines, no cameras in the facility which is very convenient and suspicious I have seen teachers yelling at little kids so inappropriately not knowing I was behind them, they get new staff almost every week that never stay because they are overwhelmed and overworked they are all about the numbers and money if your late with your fees they way over charge in late fees and it doesn’t matter if you have fallen in hard times they couldn’t give a crap they are a business yea but have a heart and not about the children or the staff in that sense not enough teachers to kids

Very Happy Couldn't be happier with the care my sons have received since starting there in 2020. We have been at the centre for 5 years. I have watched my eldest and youngest son (currently there) confidence, resilience and development grow each day. Management has been very accommodating and understanding to my family needs, nothing is a hassle. The Educators have been amazing, treating my children as their own, my children are more then happy to go with them every morning.

If there was an option for 0 star rating I would have selected that. My children attended care for 4 days only and it would of been sooner but thought I would give a chance. Everyday something happened, children's jumpers were lost on first day, sunscreen wasn't applied to my child and was burnt, second day, child was dehydrated bottles were not refilled, third day no phone call was made about my child's injury just picked up my child with bleeding leg and bruise and was told scratch on sandstone, left my kids in long sleeve in 37 degree heat. The app that they use is never updated on a daily basis, had no idea what my children ate, if nappy changes were made. Teachers huddle in the yard not actually keeping an eye on children. My eldest child was told there's no more food so couldn't have extras. Still waiting for my refund of bond, and the week in advance I paid which I was over charged and keep getting told still waiting on answers. Raised this now with Department of education and Fair Trading. Would not recommend this centre, no care for children, to many kids not enough teachers. Horrible experience.

Centre Director Caitlin is amazing. I felt in safe and all my questions were answered. I have been to 14 other centres and by far Caitlin was the most knowledgeable in the childcare sector, she listened and really felt that she cared . Her passion is somthing that I did not get from the other centres.

Both my little ones currently attend the centre and I have found the whole team to be incredible. We moved to the area so this is a second daycare centre experience for us and I have to say they are excellent. With helping my kids and myself through the adjustments in the settling in phase to providing brilliant updates on what’s been happening day to day, excellent variety in the food, a brilliant mgt team that are excellent to deal with. I feel very lucky to have gotten my kids into this centre. Thank you all!

My children have been attending the milestones centre since it opened in oran park 2019. Over the years we have build such a rapport with the centre and they are a huge part of our lives. The facilities at the centre are amazing and the kids love the outdoor areas that they can play in rain or shine. The centre is well maintained and allows for natural light and a calm atmosphere. The kids love the food, love cakes when it’s someone’s birthday and love all the cultural diversity that the centre celebrates. There is visibility throughout the centre into different rooms and my kids get to play together throughout the day. The staff have become like family and i trust them with my children. The teachers in the rooms are amazing and all activities are centred around learning so i know my kids are participating in activities that align with early learning curriculum. In addition they are nurturing and attentive and go above and beyond so much children are comfortable. The centre management team are nothing short of amazing and always help in anyway they can and always willing to work through hardships families may be facing. Milestones has allowed me to go back to work knowing that my kids are safe, loved and looked after through the days. My children have flourished under the guidance of the knowledgeable and experienced teachers, and I have seen a marked improvement in their confidence and ability to interact with others. Overall, I would highly recommend Mile Stones Daycare Centre to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their child. The staff truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care, and I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my child to grow and learn. Five stars all around

At Milestones Oran park the staff and management always go above and beyond for my family. My son has been attending for three years now and never have they made us feel unwelcome. They always are ready to help if needed and really care for the children. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs care for their child.

They are very bad in returning money. They took money from our account even after notifying them that our child will discontinue the center. They took $800 from our account, which was much higher then the regular fee. When I asked the center manager at Oran Park why the money was debited, she could not answer. I called and emailed her many times to refund the money but she never bothered to respond to my calls or emails. She promised to call me after enquring with head office but she did not and when I sent her the follow up email, she did not replied again. If you child is in Little giants, make sure to check your accounts regularly. I have heard the similar issues with other parents too.
