Less stress, smooth and quick process. Polite and efficient and answered our questions immediately, anytime, any hour. We will recommend Shane and his crew to everyone! My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kellie LaMonaca and she was an absolutely gem of a person and helped us with buying our first home. We were on a shorter time frame and made her aware of this from the start and she helped ease our anxiety and helped guide us every step of the way and was incredibly responsive all day, even with there being a 3 hour time difference during the process while we lived in CA. We feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to work with her!!!

People in this company we diligent (almost pushy sometimes), this was my first home purchasing in the US, so I was expecting to have some kind of guide through the process, but they were more interested in closing the deal as soon as possible. After we did it, they simply ignored any new message from my side, whether they were emails or text, sadly I have to say that's pretty much the behaviour everywhere, they will be interested as long as your calls or messages mean money, otherwise they will simply ignore any new request from your side regardless if it is a simple question, and regardless if you closed a 250k business with them.
