Hayden was our guide and he was amazing! We took our 4 kiddos ages 9-16 and they all had a blast. The "white water" was a bit more mild than we expect, but it was still enjoyable for us all! Highly recommend!

After 2 days with Mild to Wild I can safely say that both my tours were some of the best run and pleasurable tourist experiences possible. For example, we were taken around Arches by Alec, who was a delightful combination of super informative and fun. He found the correct balance between letting us wander on our own and education. My family liked not just the information on the rocks and how the area was formed but also the encouragement to treat them as a living art museum because you can describe the formations however you want. The second day we rafted down the Colorado River with Darren. My overly loud and excited kids remarked the “chill and great” captain as he led us through the five miles. He pointed out cool stuff, made sure we were safe, and identified the class 1 vs class 2 rapids for us. For a first rafting experience for my young kids, it checked the boxes - taught them how to raft, made it super fun, and took some cool photos. Well done Mild to Wild.

My parents (late 60s), kids (8 and 11), husband and I had a great time with Gavin! Since it was the first time rafting for the kids we did the mildest ride and Gavin spiced it up a little as he saw the kids were ready for some rapids! My kids both want to do it again and go for a more "wild" ride next time. He was very knowledgable and gave us great insight into the natural surroundings as well as recommendations and tips for other things to do around Moab. Would highly recommend! It was a highlight of our trip!

Alex was the best guide! Our group had four kids in it and she was great at engaging them, including letting them take over with the big oars, sitting on the front (the bull) to catch the bigger waves and taught us all about the natural landscape. We did a full day with Mild to Wild. Jeep tour in the morning and raft tour in the afternoon. We had Ben for our Jeep tour. Ben was fantastic. He was very entertaining and answered our millions of questions. He was also very skilled at driving the 4x4 and we felt safe the whole time… and felt the thrill of off roading. And my kids loved how bumpy the ride was. The views were amazing and it was something else to see the bottom of the canyon we saw just a few days before from Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park. Very windy! For our raft tour, we had Alex. My girls (ages 7 and 9) were crossing their fingers to get the only female tour guide of our tour group and we got her! They liked that Alex taught the kids managed the oars. My dare devil youngest was happy to ride the bull of the raft. “She is very nice. And she let us spin the raft around two times.” - review from a 7 year old.
