My name is Christine and I have been coming to Mike’s for all of my car repairs for about 9 years. I was recommended to them by a neighbor when I first moved to West Bend. I asked them if they were fair and didn’t cheat old ladies and they assured me that they were good to their customers that they and didn’t cheat old ladies. They were right and I’ve been with them ever since. My Jeep is a 2008 and they’ve been in charge of keeping me safe and on the road all of these years. Aaron has been my main mechanic and he almost feels like a grandson. He’s both talented and kind. I’m moving to Kansas and I am going to miss bringing my Jeep to Mike’s. They do excellent work in a timely manner and they don’t try to gouge you out of you money.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Mike’s since moving to the area. A good trustworthy shop is hard to come by and these guys are it. They treat you like small town family with the swift speed you’d find in a big city. Wether your driving fred flintstone’s rig or a batmobile, they treat every vehicle with respect and priority. First time i walked into Mike's i knew I would never go anywhere else again. Aaron is so helpful and immediately makes you feel comfortable and like you can trust him. You will not find a more trustworthy or reasonable shop around. They do everything they can to take care of you and help you out. Best shop around and it's not even close
