Mike is very knowledgeable, and uses different tools and techniques (he's not a one-trick-pony like other RMT's I've had in the past). His professionalism is outstanding. The massage did help me a lot, and I'll be back for more soon.

A new year's eve dream massage was had!! Mike was very professional, the space and ambience of the massage room was relaxing and peaceful. My massage lasted 60 FULL minutes (may have been even more) and Mike was able to get to release the tension in my shoulders and gave me after care tips. I highly recommend and I for one will be rebooking again for monthly me time massages. Oh BTW I had a great nites sleep Mike thank you.

A wonderful, rejuvinating and comforting experience! Mike was professional, soft spoken, and informative from start to finish and I felt safe and comfortable every minute of my session. He completed this fantastic experience with videos for stretches to do at home and his next appointment booking process was easy and smooth.
The techniques he used were explained before he started and made a very noticeable improvement to some of the soreness I was experiencing, even after only one session. Not only did the techniques work but his listening skills were off the charts in my opinion as he was attentive and considerate while I was explaining what the issues were. I also have to say a huge bravo for his policies and procedures and how clear and thorough they were. They gave me an even better understanding of how professional he is and how much care he puts into his work.
As a bonus, he does direct insurance billing and that process is smooth as well! In addition to the above, Mikes workspace is clean, comfortable and relaxing which just adds to the overall experience. Definately will recommend him to others and have already booked a second session. Thanks Mike!

I’ve had a very bad pinch muscle in my back ! I had it for 3 months I seen Mike twice, the last time I seen him on the third day when I got up in the morning i couldn’t believe it after 3 months of bad pain it was gone . Thank you Mike Gillis ..

Found Mike through google search. Went to my massage appointment this morning & he didn’t disappoint! Very professional, answered all my questions! He’s very knowledgeable, suggested exercises/stretches to do for my neck/back. I definitely would recommend Mike!

I recently had a visit with Mike Gillis for a Massage Therapy session and it was a relief. Very professional, he took time to listen to my concerns and understand the areas where I was experiencing discomfort. He regularly checked in, and knew exactly how to target problem areas effectively. He also made recommendations on stretches that were very helpful. Highly recommended!
