Service advisor, Jeff provided a thorough explanation of the work that was done to my vehicle and highlighted what may need to be done in the future and made me feel very confident that my car has been well maintained. Love the added service of getting a loaner car it made my day so much easier. Highly recommend getting your car service at MIHORENS. First-time customer but it won't be my last!

Excellent service by Mihorens. Finally I found the best car doctor in Windsor. I get rid of check engine light of my Chevy with the expertise of these guys. I drive a Chrysler 200 S V6. I was having a recurring issue with my car whenever the temperature gets high. I was having major electrical issues with my pick up truck, where it was undriveable. Brought it to a mechanic I trusted. However, after several days, he informed me that he couldn't find the problem. I was seriously concerned that I wouldn't be able to fix my truck. My mechanic recommended I take it to Mihorens Automotive. They have a mechanic who is a diagnostic specialist. Once there, Jesse took the time to listen to my situation and advised he would assign the specific mechanic to diagnose my truck's issue. Well, sure enough, after tedious diagnostic testing, they somehow found some wires (needle in the hay stack) had been frayed over time which was causing the the engine to shut down. Amazing. On top of that, the repair cost was WAY, WAY less than I was anticipating.
They also provided a free inspection and pointed out a couple things that I should keep an eye on. This was not an upsell, just information which is what you want from a trusted mechanic.
So thankful and appreciative to the crew at Mihorens to get me up and running again. I need my truck for work and I certainly can't afford to buy another truck these days.

Detailed analysis and breakdown of services and what they recommend as urgent or not. I loved the proper followup and turn around time. I have some concerns regarding the price of the parts and labor but I guess each business have to make a living and might tweak around prices for profit and charge for their expertise.
