My son absolutely loves this place! It’s been incredibly motivating for him—not just to lift, but to learn how to do it the right way. The trainers have done an amazing job building a strong foundation and giving him the knowledge and confidence he needs to succeed in lifting long-term. EXCELLENT can't say enough! Staff is knowledgeable, motivating, upbeat. Atmosphere isn't "too gym like." Always clean and extremely well organized. Supportive and attentive staff and clientele. Carly makes every session at Mighty Movement enjoyable. She listens carefully to my needs and adjusts workouts accordingly. Going heavier--because she knows I can--or lighter because she sees me struggling. Her positive attitude and encouragement help keep my motivation high throughout the session.
Now my son has joined and he's loving it! He can see and feel himself getting stronger--that keeps him motivated to keep going! Carly keeps him pushing hard and doing his best!
My daughter had a great experience at Mighty Movement in the Learn to Lift and Youth Weightlifting programs. It was a great introduction to strength training and she learned a lot in a fun and supportive environment.

Carly coached me through my first weights workout ever! I was really nervous but she explained everything and showed me how to be safe. The playlist was great and the class had a great vibe. I loved it and it feels like I’ll be able to stick to it and achieve my health goals!

Made, Nick, and Carly always push me to push myself and reach my max, instead of sticking with easier weights, so I’m not afraid with her support and I am getting much stronger!
I love the gym and all the coaches! It’s the only program I’ve done that feels sustainable. I can be consistent with it and am seeing success.
