Great experience My experience with Midwest Flooring was great! Tyler was incredibly professional, quick and very knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke with at Midwest was kind and quickly got me answers to all my questions. They were very understanding when I misunderstood part of the process and quickly got me a recommendation for a plumber --who was also fantastic, quick and professional. (Tyler provided a recommendation for redoing our stairs and I can't explain how much I wish I would have taken his recommendation because the person we went with has been an absolute disaster! I 100% trust the recommendations of Midwest Flooring's team.) The crew that came to install our flooring, (about 1900sq ft of LVP) was professional, WAY faster than I was expecting and did a great job. I had a couple very minor concerns when they finished which I let Tyler know about and they were out the next day to get them fixed (before asking me for final payment). They checked in with me every step of the way and were truly a great company to do business with. I would absolutely, without a doubt recommend them to anyone who asked me. About a week or two after the flooring was complete, an unexpected gift arrived from Midwest flooring to help take care of the floors. It was so unexpected, very thoughtful and so very much appreciated. Start to finish a great process!

Last year Tyler put in our flooring. He did a nice job. But the seam in between the rooms cut our feet so we asked him to come out and fix it. He kept promising to come and then did not come. He wanted to be paid the final bill before they would come out and do the correction. We refused. They finally came and fixed it. This year in April. I called as two of the tiles buckled. They said it would be a quick fix and they’d be out in a couple days. They didn’t come and then said a week, then it was two weeks then it was three weeks. It’s now been two months always Tyler is very polite, but I’m not sure what to do here! I’d rather he say three months and then be here at the end of three months exactly on the day he said then to lead me on every time I talk to him. Is still not done

My flooring was installed in September. In November, the flooring started cracking and coming loose. I contacted Tyler and he was prompt in coming to see. He also went out and bought up the remaining flooring and brought to house. He also had Shane the expert come and look at flooring. Then the put me off started. They said they would come around Thanksgiving, then said they would come during the holidays,. I called several times the first week of January and they do not answer my calls, and I have a bad floor.

This company was a pleasure to work with in every way. Though my job was small Tyler treated me as just as important as other jobs! Great follow ups, customer service and articulate with what the price includes. Roy and Nathan installed the tile. The were efficient, clean and timely! Great work too! Careless and not Professional Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality The finished floor was of good quality. However there were many things that were not good and not professional. 1. Workers did not arrive when manager said they would. They arrived late and sat in trucks for 30-to 45 minutes both days. 2. They dented my refrigerator door when moving it. Manager just looked at it and said nothing when I pointed it out. 3. They left a wall vent sitting not fitting when they were done, and had to call them back to cut trim so wall vent would fit. 4. Careless with adhesive for door threshold. Found adhesive on dryer and floor, dried. Front door had fingerprints of adhesive dried on it. 5. They left bi fold doors not in track and not working. When I showed this to them, they said doors were that way when they came. One man just shoved it shut , still not in track. I would not use them again due to carelessness and unprofessionalism in care of my home.

Great Customer Service and Very Competitive Pricing I ordered luxury vinyl tile online and received a number of bids for installation. Tyler with Midwest Flooring provided a very competitive bid. Based on his presentation and the very positive reviews I read online I decided to hire Midwest. I was very happy with the results. You will not be sorry if you hire Midwest.

Fixing my stair I hired a different set of guys to redo my floors and they cut off the top step making it terrible. Then they never returned my messages. I searched for almost a year couldn't find anyone who would even try to fix it until Shayne from Midwest Flooring. Tyler was great at always keeping me informed to all the details. Shayne stayed and worked really hard to fix my step. It was not an easy job and I could not be more thrilled to have Shayne and Tyler come to my rescue. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Tyler and Mid-West Flooring were great to work with. They came in ahead of time to give input on what to do on the existing hardwood floors. Their quality and value of work is outstanding and they truly care on how the client wants the flooring to look. They turned out great and we couldn't be happier.
