Carter & Ryan were amazing!
Prompt, on time & great communication.
It was raining, muggy & just overall not the best setup for an easy day, but they moved everything with no issue! Even offered to put everything in the rooms they are going to, when for me, they didn’t have to.
Midtown Moving takes the stress out of moving!
Also very attentive to make sure everything is handled with care & that everything goes smoothly.
Will continue to use this company for any future moves & will recommend family/friends.

Jordan, Blake and Henry spent most of the day unloading boxes, bringing in furniture, setting up beds and making sure that everything got in the house perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism of this group! Highly recommend!

Awesome experience with Midtown movers. Carter was extremely professional from start to finish. They helped us with our move and junk removal and were extremely helpful and accommodating. They moved very large pieces quickly and made it look effortless. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Tyler and Michael from Midtown Moving and Storage. They helped me load my entire two-bedroom duplex into the truck I rented, and they got everything done in around two hours. They were incredibly thorough, constantly checking in to make sure items were placed where I wanted them and making sure everything was carefully wrapped and safely packed. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable, efficient movers!

Amazing local owned company. Process was smoother from quote until truck unload. Carter was very thorough with communication, providing quote and working with me throughout the whole process. Movers were kind and cheerful and were very efficient. Blake (owner) and Carter made sure to be there during the truck load. Was able to take advantage of their holiday special. Will definitely use them again for big local moves.

They didnt finish the job. Damage walls. Lost and/or stole items. When a claimed was filed they didn't complete it.

My parents had a big move because their house sold in 24 hours and these guys were also hired to bring some items to my brother’s home and my home. They did an amazing job! I will use them for my big move in the future. Carter and Gabriel were the nicest guys. Great customer service!

<< >> Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a business, any business. Like you, I based the hire on the stellar reviews and early sales effort. Honestly, I have never seen a business with reviews like this and service like I experienced. Possibly they excel with short intown moves, no idea. My move was to Florida from Roswell.
The amount of damages was staggering. The amount of compensation was $500 and I was made to feel like they were bending to do it since, "you didn't purchase the extra insurance".
So what specifically was the issue.
1. Showed up at 11am not 9am like promised.
This would be a huge factor as it started raining around 3pm and the move went on in the rain.
2. No tools.
Guy said he forgot them. I lent mine and I didn't have much as it was all packed for the move.
3. No moving blankets.
They had maybe 30, we needed 100. Guy said, it was a problem and had been a problem for awhile.
4. Late start with rain meant delivery was delayed by a day. Also, about half the team was day laborers. They will tell you everyone is inhouse and experienced. Not true. They hire people off the street to fill in gaps and these people are not trained well.
5. Infighting.
I literally had to negotiate an internal fight between 2 of the workers. One thought it should be moved one way, the other a different way. The lead guy was right, the older guy was melting over it and the friction was beginning to affect the move.
Leaving a review like this is tough. These are small businesses. That said, I do so because I wish I had read the review before hired these people.
