I have a lovely enclosed porch built by Midtown. My family and I have greatly enjoyed being outside mornings and evenings and not being attacked by bugs.

Our new fence looks great and they had the old one torn down and the new one up in less than a day. Very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use them again.

Midtown replaced most of my windows. Did 2 bedroom windows and it was so much warmer I use one less blanket. Based on that advantage, I had them replace all the windows on the front of my house.

We have gone through Midtown when we needed a new front door so when the opportunity came to replace our bathroom window and one of the bedroom windows, we decided to use Midtown again. The gentlemen who came to do the removal and install were thorough, professional, and cleaned up the job site very nicely. We definitely recommend Midtown as they come through as well as their people are very kind and have good work ethic.

Midtown did a wonderful job on our windows. Everyone, from sales to installation, was a joy to work with. If I have anymore projects at home, Iwill definitely be reaching out to them.

Leaving this review because I was so put off by their archaic and, to be frank, broken sales policy. Door to door kid stopped by, I told him we have gotten some bids on a deck already but I’m happy to get another quote if he wants to schedule something and I can get an apples to apples comparison. So we do just that. They call the day before the appointment to confirm and suddenly there needs to be two of us there for two whole hours. I ask why, and I get some answer about how they need all decision makers to be there or something. I tell them we have already gotten multiple bids for the same work across multiple companies, so if someone wants to drop by and give me a quote there doesn’t need to be two of us there - I work from home, my wife does not and can’t always be available to meet, especially for two hours in the middle of a work day. These are clearly just excuses to put sales pressure on an entire household at one time. We already know exactly what we want, down to the color, accessories and material type. If you can’t accommodate that and come by to give us a price, don’t waste our time with two hours of sales pitches and financing and going back and forth on a phone call about it. Work with your customers, provide competitive pricing, and be courteous to requests you can reasonably accommodate. Especially if they bring you business. You literally threw away an easy in/out sales meeting over whatever broken sales tactics you’re pitching in 2025.

Hi Jake,

First, for accuracy, we do not employ children—child labor is illegal, and all of our representatives are trained adults operating in full compliance with labor laws.

Regarding our process, when more than one decision-maker resides in the home, our standard practice is to review project details with all parties present. This ensures everyone receives the same information regarding scope, pricing, and expectations, and helps prevent misunderstandings later. In this instance, our representative was following that long-standing practice by respectfully attempting to include your wife in the discussion, as her input is important to us.

We also recognize that not everyone is available during standard business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), which is precisely why we offer evening and weekend appointment options to better accommodate varying schedules.

This policy is not arbitrary—it has been shaped by more than 30 years of experience and exists to protect both homeowners and our company. While it may not align with every preference, it has consistently proven effective in avoiding confusion, miscommunication, and issues that can arise when information is shared secondhand or circumstances change.

We wish you the best in finding a company that aligns with your expectations.

First of all, the company representative, Mike, knocked on our door late in the evening, Friday 12/12/25 at 6:20 PM, which is not an appropriate time to approach homeowners to sell services. Although he attempted to appear polite, he was pushy and arrogant, asking many questions unrelated to his visit. I told him I was not really interested, yet he continued pressing about past and future home projects. I eventually mentioned that we *might* consider a fence, and from that point he aggressively pushed a “free estimate,” mentioning nearby neighbors’ projects to create pressure. He called the office while standing at my door and scheduled a Saturday visit. I clearly stated that weekends are busy for us and that we might not be available, but he insisted it would be quick and could be rescheduled if needed. On Saturday 12/13/25 at 2:13 PM, shortly after we arrived home and were preparing dinner for guests, the project manager, Matthew, showed up. I allowed him to take measurements outside, but when he asked to come inside, I agreed only because it was cold - not because it was necessary for a fence estimate. Once inside, his behavior became completely unprofessional. He asked numerous personal questions that had nothing to do with the fence, including comments about what my wife was cooking, what we’re having for lunch, and even the smoke coming from the kitchen. Despite being told multiple times that my wife was busy preparing for guests and that we were short on time, he insisted that “out of respect” my wife should sit with us or that I should run everything by her. This was inappropriate, intrusive, and not his place. He spent over 30 minutes lecturing me about how “legitimate” the company is rather than focusing on the estimate. When he finally left, he continued to linger and look around our home, even after I directed him to the door. His comment that he was “just looking to see where the smoke was coming from” only added to the discomfort. This entire experience felt invasive, disrespectful and dismissive of personal boundaries and privacy. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend using this company.

Hi Nabil,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are unable to verify this experience under the name provided, we do appreciate the opportunity—once again—to clarify our policy, as this same topic has already been addressed in a prior review today.

When more than one decision-maker is involved, our standard practice is to review project details with all parties present. This ensures everyone receives the same information regarding scope, pricing, and expectations, and helps prevent misunderstandings later. In this instance, our representative was following that practice by attempting to respect and include your wife in the discussion.

This policy is the result of over 30 years of experience and exists to protect both homeowners and our company. While it may not align with every preference, it has proven effective in avoiding confusion when information is shared secondhand or circumstances evolve.

We wish you the best in finding a company that aligns with your expectations.

Midtown recently completed a large black aluminum fence project for us—over a $20,000 investment—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set them apart. We received exactly what was promised for the price we paid, and the integrity demonstrated by the entire team was evident at every stage—from sales through installation and customer service. Nick, Jeanie, Brady, Stephan, and Jose on the install team were exceptional, and the project completion call from John reinforced how much they genuinely value their customers. You can tell they respect both their craftsmanship and the homeowner’s investment. The quality difference between our fence and the lower-cost options installed by neighbors is undeniable. We’re extremely glad we chose Midtown and would confidently recommend them to anyone considering a high-quality fencing project.

I'm getting a new roof installed on my house before selling it. This is my house I purchased on my own as a single woman years ago. The salesman said he couldn't talk to me about a roof quote without my husband present. (I got married a few months ago and moved into a new home with my husband.) I explained that even though I am married this is solely my property in my name. He said "are you allowed to make decisions without him?" Yeah, I am. He still wouldn't give me a quote if my husband wouldn't come over so he left. But it sounds like it was probably for the best given some of these reviews.

Hi Kim,

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the opportunity to clarify our policy. When more than one decision-maker is involved, our standard practice is to review project details with all parties at the same time. This helps ensure clear communication around the scope of work, pricing, and expectations, and reduces the risk of misunderstandings.

This policy has been developed through more than 30 years of experience and is in place to protect both homeowners and our company. While we understand it may not be preferred in every situation, it helps prevent confusion or potential issues that can arise when information is shared secondhand or circumstances between homeowners change.

We respect your decision and wish you the very best in finding the roofing solution that meets your needs.

I couldn't be happier with my new deck! The project took longer than I expected (2 and a half months), and I had to go through two builds with 3 different crews working on the project, but the end product is exactly what I expected. Mid-Town was available and attentive to my calls and concerns throughout the project. I recommend based on quality and service.
