Midland Toledo Reviews

followup issues Midland was very good to work with as a remote company since we were several hours away. I would give 5 stars .... except after 6 months, phone calls and e-mails, I still have not received the Deed to our home. I am still trying .

Quoted one price for title insurance, and then try to charge me 30% more. Overcharged me on several other fees failed to properly prorate HOA fees. Super disappointing

Midland Title and Escrow Ltd was very professional and extremely organized when all parties to this transaction arrived. The transaction began on time; details were explained and questions were clarified to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Liljana J Pounds conducted the transaction with professional accuracy and a congenial respect to both parties. This transaction was flawlessly executed to the satisfaction of both principal parties and the respective attendees. Midland staff supported Liljana efforts seamlessly concluding our business transaction.
